Yesterday was the best drink I have had from them so far, other times they are decent, and sometimes completely wrong. Too often completely wrong. Sometimes the drive through workers are nice, sometimes not. Seems like they are often out of many types of donut. Donuts and food we have had have been delicious though. Rarely go inside, but the few times we have the floors are littered in various food and shoe debris and sticky substances all over the chairs and tables. Service was fairly quick this time, sometimes you’ll sit in the drive through for 45 minutes-even if the line wasn’t long.

Definitely NEVER coming here again. Spent 27$, almost 28$ on a small refresher, a small pumpkin frozen coffee, a large pumpkin coffee, and a dozen donuts. We ordered on the app and apparently “they were out of donuts”. It didn’t say that on the app so when we went through the drive through, that’s when they said it. That’s almost 13$ worth of donuts that we couldn’t get. Not only that, but supposedly “they can’t give refunds to mobile orders.” The last couple times I’ve been here they NEVER had donuts. We have no proof about not getting the donuts because they said we wouldn’t need any, so I hope we get our refund (Btw we get the refund online. Atleast that’s what they said.”

I don’t think we will be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Most times they either don’t have any donuts at all or if they have any it’s only the ones people don’t really want. They never even have the new donuts anytime they are always out. How does a place called Dunkin’ Donuts hardly ever have any donuts. One time ordered frozen coffees on the app and the machine was down. Another time we asked if they had one of the new donuts at the drive thru and they had none. Another time ordered 1 dozen donuts on the app then was told they didn’t have any of the donuts so they refunded us. This time we ordered 1 dozen donuts and of course again they had none of the donuts we wanted so wanted a refund but was told they couldn’t give a refund that I would have to request a refund through the app so I went ahead and did that but then it told me that no one was available to chat and that I would hear back from someone within 2 days. So I paid $12.49 for 1 dozen donuts I didn’t receive & can’t get my money back until someone decides to get back to me from the message I had to leave on the app.

This is the only dunkin I’ve ever had an issue at. They never move faster than a snail. They always give the wrong donut and their coffee tastes weird. Only dunkin I don’t trust.

After enjoying our dinner & drink choices, my husband & I drove about three hours before I realized that I had left my pocketbook on the back of my chair at the Dunkin Donut Store at 1405 Earl L Core Road in Morgantown, WV! When I contacted James who is the Manager, he said that he had my pocketbook & he would mail it to my home. In approximately two days, I had my pocketbook in hand with my driver’s license, medical & credit cards intact. I can’t begin to thank James enough for responding so quickly & efficiently to my request. James’ customer service is outstanding! Thank you, Sandi Ulrich

The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!!! Three times in a row I’ve gone there and the staff are always arguing or yelling at each other so therefore in a bad mood and have an attitude toward the customers. The drinks taste like sewage water and are NEVER made right! I went to a different location a couple days ago and it was like night and day! I’ve given them so many chances but I’m done with that place. Puke!

Half the time the coffee is not drinkable. Early evening last night they had signs up saying they were out of donuts. I pointed at a huge rack filled with hundreds of donuts and asked if those were available. The clerk snapped, literally snapped back at me “those are for tomorrow”. A donut shop. Frequently out of donuts. But not actually.

I order Dunkin nearly daily all across the nation. This was one of my worst experiences. I placed my mobile order when I was about 15 miles away. When I arrived, there was a line out the door, drive thru was backed up and my order wasn’t ready. A coffee and a coffee roll. Nothing major. Another guy waiting for his mobile order said the one across town was much better and he avoids this one when he can. After other people began asking where the cashier was, 3 people came from the back to start helping customers. I got my coffee and the young lady went to grab my coffee roll. They didn’t have any. I asked if I could get a dozen glazed munchkins instead. She said yes and then gave me 10. I guess in WV, 10 is a dozen.
