This place has got to be the slowest Dunkin on the planet and the employees are always rude. When I got in line this morning there was only 6 cars in front of me but it was over 30 minutes until I finally got to the window. I forgot my credit card but always keep emergency cash, so I handed the girl a 50 dollar bill. I didn’t have any smaller bills. She wouldn’t accept it and was very rude. She handed it back like it was a dirty tissue. I ordered multiple drinks and donuts for coworkers so there wouldn’t have been much change to give back but she still wouldn’t take the $50 so I left. I went to the Dunkin a few miles up the road. There was a long line but I was in and out in about 10 minutes and they accepted the $50 and were polite

The staff was rude, they argued with me about getting my order wrong when it literally showed what I ordered on the receipt. We waited an obscenely long time with only one other person in front of us for 2 coffees, 2 donuts, and some munchkins. The drive through attendant was rude before she even started arguing and was very curt & blunt at the window. The atmosphere in this drive through is one of “you’re bothering me by being here” which is hilarious as customers being there is what gets them a paycheck.

A family member purchased a dozen donuts at this facility on July 2, 2023, at 9:57 AM. They brought the donuts home and I inspected them. Unfortunately all of the glazed donuts (10 of the 12) were old and the glaze was runny. We took the donuts back to the store for a refund. The cashier asked her manager for permission to grant a refund, and the manager denied permission and denied a refund. When I asked as to the rationale for denial of a refund, I was told to, “Come back tomorrow before 10:00 AM.” The manager did not bother to relay this decision to me directly, and instead placed this burden on the cashier… this has the hallmarks of a horrible manager and answers my questions about how old donuts which should have been thrown away were allowed to be sold to paying customers. I will return tomorrow, on July 3, 2023, to see if the manager will provide me with a refund. If my refund is denied again, I will continue resolution actions with the local Chamber of Commerce and the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office.

After waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins. I ALMOST said forget it, then decided to go inside instead where it was 100% empty. Service however was no quicker because they seem to have ALL the employees focusing on drive thru which left me wondering… why isn’t drive thru moving any quicker? The Donuts are fantastic but the coffee was subpar which isn’t normal for dunkin.

25 minutes in drive thru for a cup of coffee. Slowest service ever experienced at a Dunkin. Martinsburg Dunkin stores are much faster and offer better service. I tried it once, won’t be back to this location, will drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Dunkin off Edwin Miller Blvd

I visited around 6:30 pm and they were not well stock. Tried get 5 things from the drive thru meau and had to get stale donut and a hot chocolate that didn’t even have whip cream.. at this point I will not return to this DD and the service was slow. And the price was bad as well.
