Worst place to ever work at with this location. I have seen so many unprofessional and dirty things while being there. No one ever acknowledged their customers. Management doesn’t know how to talk to their employees with respect. Instead , they treat you like garbage. They do not know how to clean. Every time you would wipe up messes, they would give you attitude. I will definitely not be recommending this location to any friends or family. I hope they learn how to treat their customers and employees. Definitely glad I found a job that respects me and I left when I did.

This place is horrible with time. If you don’t mind waiting at least 30 minutes for a flipping coffee then by all means, come on through. They never have all the items and all the times we have come through the drive through it has taken forever.

Very odd, nearly incoherent experience at the drive thru window after sitting in line for nearly 30 minutes. Woman on the speaker would repeatedly yell out “hello, hello” and the just disappear for a few minutes at a time before coming back to repeat the same dialogue. Eventually my order ended up on the screen but was never fully corrected or even confirmed as the employee again drifted off somewhere else into other conversations with other staff. Eventually my husband just pulled forward after about 5 uncomfortable minutes of this. This odd behavior continued at the window as the employee would struggle to confirm the correct order and spend long moments just pausing and staring at my husband for 10+ seconds before they could finally confirm our correct items (1 coffee and an order of bagel minis). Eventually we received the items after about 10 more minutes of this back and forth pausing and opening and closing of the windows. Unfortunately the coffee was inedible and the minis were cold. I was willing to look past it all because I hold a service job myself but the lack of coherent communication is pretty frustrating, especially when you end up spending money and time on something you cannot consume.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever entered. The staff is as vocal as the machines you order on (machines don’t talk and neither do the employees). Waited 25 minutes for microwaveable egg whites before just completely leaving without them. Unless you have an hour to waste, avoid this place at all cost. Many other businesses nearby that would be happy to have you.

Actively writing this while I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for my coffee. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, but that’s an insane wait time for coffee. This Dunkin is constantly slower and consistently messes up your orders.

I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and it was ready when we walked in the door but it took them at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. There were 6-8 of them moving around and several of them looked past us. By the time they acknowledged us, the cold foam on our drinks was melted. We are DD regulars and have NEVER had this issue. And they are more staffed than our normal and less busy. Plus the drinks (cold brews) were not as strong as they normally are. They were too worried about their drive thru customers to notice the 1 set of customers waiting at the mobile pickup. That is ridiculous.

It literally took about an hour for them to get my order, cashier could not speak loud. We have to reach over to hear what he is up saying. They have a short staff and the staff that they have has attitude to the customers.
