This is the worse Dunkin’ in the area. They never make the coffees as good as the others, and more often than not they don’t even make them the way they’re ordered. Todays example was a cold brew with sweet cold foam extra Carmel and extra chocolate (6 added shots of flavor) and they didn’t put the cold foam on it and had to fix that and then as I was driving away I took a sip. Not 1 flavor shot…it was literally just iced cold brew. So frustrating when your paying $4 for a coffee. Dunkin has a clear labeling system for modifications they tape to the cups, and they can’t get it right 75% of the time at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Hurricane or Charleston.

I went to Dunkin Donuts last week on my normal run and received this DISGUSTING breakfast from them and only noticed when I get home. Also some short teenager with brown hair, that is Caucasian was frequently using the N word speaking to her co workers and I was VERY uncomfortable!!

I enjoy the taste of their coffees especially with a delicious donut! I also like the croissants. They are a bit expensive, but not as much as Starbucks, so I recommend using their app to get freebies with points you earn. Getting a free treat on your birthday is also a plus from the app. ☕

Literally didn’t even look like they were open but I went in to try the new pumpkin spiced ice latte. Horrible tasted like spoiled milk and nutmeg. Can definitely say will not be back to this location, not only was the drink awful but the workers didn’t look like they even wanted to be there didn’t smile didn’t greet us… Like umm

I’m really disappointed in the quality and service of this store. I’m a former employee and I worked there for two years and I never had an issue with getting people the proper coffee the way they ordered it in a timely manner. Yesterday I put in a mobile order for a hot black coffee and when I got to work and took a few sips of it I noticed it tasted funny and I remembered the way the cleaning tablets we used for the coffee pots smelled and that it tasted the way the cleaning tablets smelled so I’m assuming it was not cleaned out properly and I consumed cleaner. After a few sips I threw it out wasting a full cup of $4 coffee. Today I put in a mobile order for a nitro cold brew at 8:30 am and got there at 8:40 and my coffee was not ready so I stood there and waited even though the mobile order is so I don’t have to wait. I was there until 8:52 until someone asked me if I needed help at this point already making me late for work so I informed them about my order and they started to make it and told me their nitro was not working and I didn’t have time to mess with a refund (because nitro is more expensive then normal cold brew) and I was late for work. A mobile order should not take 30 minutes to get out to someone and at the end of that still be the wrong coffee. Quite upset to experience this being a former employee.

In 2023 you’d think the managers and corporate employees at this location would reprimand their non-black employees for using racist and derogatory terms (one of their white employees openly said the N word on multiple occasions) but unfortunately they are not doing anything to rectify this problem. The managers are happy to make their white employees say what they want, when they want, at the expense of their black employees and that is beyond shameful

Yesterday. I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes only to be greeted with “I am here by myself but I will try to help you.” Today, the car in front of me sat for 10 minutes before placing an order. When I pulled up to order I was told it would be a few minutes. There was no hello or how can I help you. There is obvious staffing issues at this branch of Dunkin Donuts that the owner or manager needs to work on. They are losing a great deal of business.
