The person who took my drive-thru order was not friendly at all. I asked her to please tell me the different flavors I could add to coffee, and she said to read them on the board, we asked for other stuff, and she sounded annoyed. The person at the window was a different person, and she was super nice.

I asked to save a cup and refill my travel mug. The manager was rude and refused to do it. I offered to pay for the XL black coffee and even extra if I needed to. She was very unpleasant. I’m glad I do not have to go back again. I feel bad for the rest of the staff they were wonderful and very pleasant.

This Dunkin was an exceptional experience. Seriously. The staff was very friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and while they were at it, it was easily in the 10 ten cleanest Dunkins I have ever seen. The bathroom was spotless and every food prep counter was shiny and there was not even a dusting of sugar anywhere. I’ve visited MANY coffee shops and managed a restaurant staff. It takes a lot to impress me, but this one truly did!

The iced coffee taste like water the employees are rude they didn’t even put ice in my iced coffee and wen i asked if I could get ice in it they got an attitude I loved Duncan donuts until i come to the Duncan up here i drive to tennessee every weekend to get my duncan donuts ive never experienced so many rude people I wont go back!!! Managers should really make sure there staff is friendly and make sure they are making there coffee right i work at a fast food place and the experience here is not acceptable

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts for my kids at 7:49 and we went through the drive through and as we wanted to order, the employee said that they were closed mind you they close at 8:00 so the proceed to tell us to leave because they were closing we politely asked “when do you guys close” the employee said “We close at 8:00” briefly we say “Sir it is 7:49” and he did not respond. In general the service is not good they always just throw our donuts at us and are always rude and it is absurd how disrespectful they are. Just don’t go.

I’ve been here a few times and had rude interactions. But this particular visit was the worst. I went through the drive thru and ordered a latte that’s a signature flavor but I asked for the regular latte (no whipped cream or toppings) which I have been asked multiple times when I order signature lattes did I want it made the signature way or without the toppings. I was told it doesn’t come that way. I was confused and asked could I not have it without the whipped cream and stuff because I just wanted the flavor. She told me my total and I pulled up to the window just to have her refuse to look at me when handing her my card. She handed me back my card and my straw this way and told me they’re just waiting on my food. She proceeded to close the window and I could her talking about me to her coworkers. She then opens the window and hands me my food again not once looking at me. She almost dropped my food. The whole time I felt incredibly uncomfortable and I felt this was extreme all because I asked for no toppings on my coffee… I’m not coming back to this location. I have never been treated this way at any Dunkin.
