I’d stopped by this location to grab a donut to go with my coffee. The menu board was blank white and displayed no menu options. It seemed as if they may have still been closed for renovation. I pulled up to the window and saw 2 employees standing there talking. As I signal to get their attention, they look at me oddly and proceed to open the window. I asked if they were open, and the woman said yes, they were. I mentioned that the menu board was blank, and I just wanted to get a donut. She tells me that I have to go back to the menu board to order because she’s on a timer. I thought as a courtesy because of the service failure with the menu board, she should have just rung me up for my one donut. Instead, she created a second service failure by sending me back to a menu board with no options. Her bad service has earned this Dunkin location a complaint instead of a compliment, and a bad review. Do better.

Do not recommend this location . Standing at a counter for over 5-10 minutes to not even get a “good morning , we’ll be right with you” is horrible customer service. I had to say ask if I should order on an app to get help because at least 4 employees along with a manager kept walking pass like I was invisible and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there. I’m guessing another manager who was on the phone had to direct someone to place my order . I mean just unorganized, poorly ran , and poor customer service . Seems like there needs to be additional training put in place to make your team successful!

I had a mobile order that still wasn’t ready when I got there. I should have went ahead and just sat through the drive-through and ordered my food that way. Customer service is very bland and unfriendly.

It was an ordinary day of our vacation, and we decided to get some Dunkin’ Donuts. Why not? What’s the worst that could happen? A lot, that’s what. We pulled into the drive thru, only to be confronted by a very loud speaker barking at us for our order. The manager was presumably off on vacation as well, because it was very clear that none of the employees knew what they were doing. We were told to wait in the parking lot, as somebody would come give us our order. We got two donuts and an egg cheese sandwich, which was part of our order. However, when they said they would bring our order out, I believe they meant that they would bring out several other people’s drinks, followed by our poorly-mixed frozen coffee. The employees were nice enough, but I promise you that Walmart brand donuts and coffee might actually be better.

every time i go here, i am mad that i did. Every time it never fails, the customer service (there is none). The manager is even rude, she ignores people as they walk in. Guy behind me walked out because he was never even acknowledged, and we were both in line for 10 minutes. The manager was sitting right at the table and said nothing, not sorry for the wait, literally nothing. She is also very rude when i’m the drive thru, along with the other staff. The staffing here needs to be evaluated.

Once again I had a bad experience with Dunkin’. It seems like the last good one is by Denbigh Blvd. This one I asked for a HOT coffee, she’s gives me a luke warm coffee at best, then forgot my bagel. I get that they are short staffed but when you use the same cup to give me another coffee. Shame!!!!!!

I have always been satisfied with this location, despite the fact that the dining room is closed for pickup orders and you have to use the drive-thru as of late. However, this time I was less than satisfied because I was feeling from the location and placed an order on the app in it placed it at a location at another location. I didn’t realize until I got to the speaker and the staff was less than helpful. So I pulled over and ended up calling customer service and they credited my gift card back for the amount of the order and gave me 500 bonus points because I used a offer in my original order that was no longer valid.
