Never have enough of donuts and I got there today (Main St Suffolk Va)6:15pm August 16 2023 and I wanted a iced Caramel latte and the guy told me machine was down which I know it wasn’t. they just didn’t want to fix it.need better employees who wants to work and serve their customers what they want.Service could be better to not have lazy employees. not a Happy customer so I left and had to go to Franklin to get my iced Caramel latte and donuts at the dunkin donuts there..

I am so tired of wasting my money here. I go to this location often. I get the same drink every single time. If I go on Saturday or Sunday, it’s ALWAYS made incorrectly. When I try to correct it, they pour the same drink into a new cup or today the manager just handed it back to me and said there was nothing wrong with it and it was done correctly. Very rude staff with the exception of one or two employees. The coffee tastes horrible and the inconsistency in the way the coffees are made is ridiculous. I’m never rude. I always try to be polite but today when the manager just handed me my drink and told me I was wrong for saying it was incorrect. I am done.

The service here is worse than the wrong drinks you are served. On July 2nd I went through the drive through for a vanilla iced cappuccino. After I got the Cappuccino I left the drive through and realized it was made incorrectly.

All was fine til we got to pickup window and casually mention they forgot one of our hashbrown sides and that became ten minute wait when it should have been quick fix. Not sure what the confusion was since my husband simply pointed out we were missing one based on order receipt.

This franchise changed ownership recently, and the service is worse. I just waited for one of the workers in the drive through to stop gossiping. There were people already in front of me. I observed a woman get out of the drive through and went into the store. She came out before I even ordered my food. I give every business a chance, but this is not the first time they’ve messed up. Ok, so this is my second review. As I said before, I give any place a chance. First, I get in the drive-thru line-no one but me was in the line. I ordered 3 wraps with coffee. I get to the window, I get my coffee, and then was told to move to the handicap spot and they’ll bring out my wraps. I asked was there a problem since i was THE ONLY ONE in the line. He said it’s just slow. What does that mean?
