Worst customer experience ever! You ask for cold brew and they give you watered down iced coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are often cold. Customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money. Poor management is evident!

Probably one of the most disrespectful management team I’ve ever seen. Left me waiting at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before they even took my order then waited another 10 minute for two coffees!!! the worst part of it all was the lady on her phone. She was talking about how all white need to just fall of the face of the earth. I will never be coming back to this dunkin and if this is the type of people Dunkin hires then it’ll be the last time I go to one.

Prepare to be waiting at least 10 mins even in a very short line. The slowest fast food ever! Also I’ve been noticing that the oven-heated food smells and tastes like bleach. It’s scaring me and I’m afraid to finish my food. I can’t get the taste out of my mouth.

If you just moved to eagle harbor and were hoping to get coffee here, be ready to be disappointed. I’m finally fed up with this place. Im tired of wasting an hour out of my day to walk all the way over here and they wont even be open! When they are I always get the same coffee and it tastes different everytime… either too sweet or too bitter. If they cant get enough people to work and cant do their jobs right I think it’s time they close entirely and let a better place move in… almost everyone ive talked to has had a mediocre experience here.

Order 2 vanilla cream donuts. Watch the person remove them from the rack labelled vanilla cream. Got home only to find they were maybe lemon? They didn’t taste good. Tried to call the store to stop others from the same negative experience but no one answered and couldn’t leave a VM either. This was at 9:30am so past the morning rush.

Dunkin is a great brand but this location is very inconsistent. Always a “non”coffee/donut conversation going on behind counter and inaccurate orders.

This location is the absolute worst. The inside is always filthy. Wait times are outrageous. My same coffee order is different every time it’s made. Super inconsistent. I told myself that I was going to quit coming here but it’s the only coffee place here in Carrollton. Management needs to step it up.

I didn’t have the poor customer service some have complained about on my visit, but the iced coffee beverages taste abnormally bitter, and that is with the “sweeter” drinks I have ordered. I don’t always have the time to return to request a new one to be made and this has happened too often where I think I will just avoid this location for a while. I wish things were just more consistent here because it could be awesome.
