Went here this morning for a quick breakfast for myself and daughter. What a disappointment!!!! I waited for almost 20 min in the drive through on 2 bacon and egg croissants and a hash brown. And after waiting the girl asked me if I ordered 2 wraps. Needless to say the bacon was terribly burnt and I got a total of 5 1/2 potatoes. I never go to Dunkin because I am never fully happy with the purchase. This time it took me over and I will never return. What a waste of time and money. Who ever the franchise owner is here needs to revamp their employees. It’s pretty obvious they do not care about food presentation or the customers and their time.

I keep hoping but… First, there are no donuts like Dunkin’ Donuts. Interior closed because of Covid19. I used the drive-thru. Informed that they only had 4 different donuts. No selections on drive-thru menu board, crowded with non-donut menu items. If you have “Donuts“ in your name , my only expectation is exceptional donuts ! Of the 1 dozen donuts I received, which I only had 4 varieties, all were hard and stale ! If I didn’t live 19 miles away, I would have returned for a full refund. 14 minutes elapsed from the time I pulled up to the order menu and received my box of rocks.. It pains me to say this, but my next trip to a donut shop in Midlothian will be a Crispy Creme location!

I’m only leaving four stars because to me it’s upsetting that the day after a holiday this gentleman had to work all alone. He was extremely kind and seemed to be doing his best to keep up with the drive-threw. While waiting at the menu screen I was checked on twice and apologized to for the wait, mind you he was working completely alone. No one regardless of how easy making coffee may seem to be deserves that. I did not catch his name but he was wearing glasses and had hair on the longer side. He deserves a raise because regardless of how overwhelmed I’m sure he was he kept a positive attitude and made sure I didn’t leave. The money he walks with day to day is for the most part set in stone, he made sure I stayed not to boost money in his pocket but the companies and that deserves recognition.

I’ve never had an experience as weird as this. I waited 10 minutes to order and ordered Munchkins. Just 10. They took my order and I went to the window to wait another 10 minutes. Eventually, someone came to the window to ask me what I was waiting on. I told her just Munchkins. She told me they can’t do food like I was crazy for ordering food. WHY DID YOU TAKE MY FOOD ORDER THEN?! Someone left with a box of donuts from the place while I was waiting…The worst place.

I’ve been going here for months on and off and have never had an issue, until this morning. Just parked to get it through my head. I know that Dunkin’ is a fast food chain and I know that the teenagers working here are not baristas, I myself am young and have worked at Starbucks so I get it, but what happened today was actually laughable. First, she said to give her a moment which is all good. I gave her about 15. I realize she must have forgotten so I pull up and she tells me she has been busy, whatever. She hands me my drink, making full eye contact with me, as if nothing is wrong. As I recieve my drink I can’t help but notice how… light it is. I always get an oat milk latte. It is always the same color. I assume maybe they used a different milk… No, they forgot the espresso. They literally filled it up all the way with milk and the cream- No coffee. I didn’t even circle around because for whatever reason dunkin does not give refunds through online orders- AND i got extreme secondhand enbarassment for the workers- not worth going back thru. I’ve never written a review before but this actually made me cry and laugh at the same time. Usually they’re good though. Just had to write one because it’s kind of hilarious

Honestly this location has gone down hill and this was the last time I’ll go to it! I am surprised anyone answered the drive thru since past two times I have sat at drive thru for 5-10mins with no one answering but when I give up and drive around there is a person standing right inside window smiling. Today, there is only one worker in the store and she tells everyone to hold to order. The wait is at least 2-4mins because she wants to finish the order previous. The drive thru line gets super long and not worth it.
