Went here twice in a row and each time midday they didn’t have something quite crucial to the dunkin brand. The first time it was medium sized cups. The second it was ice. I mean?????? The first time we had to suggest giving us a large cup with less product -which to me is a no brainer in regards to customer service. But no ice???? At Dunkin’ Donuts????? Luckily the person at the window was very kind, and likeable. Shout out to Adonis.

We placed our order for 3 people in the drive thru. As we began our drive forward, I spotted a banana creme filled donut. YUMMY!!! With no one behind us the driver asked if, we could add one to our order. To our suprise, she could not. So then we asked to have one put on a new order, apparently she could not do that either. We were informed we would have to drive all the way around to order it. I am not sure if your computers are not high tech enough for such an advance feature of placing an order, OR if your employee was untrained, either way you just lost an order and my business from that location.

I waited over 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I arrived I was the first customer at the counter. By the time they acknowledged me and came over there were five people behind me. I ordered a large ice coffee and 10 munchkins. Is it weird that she didn’t ask what I wanted she just started randomly tossing them in a box? I waited 15 more minutes for my ice coffee. That was a total of almost 30 minutes – and I was the first in line! Since I had so much time to stand there I was able to notice how dirty the floors and behind the counter was. The dining area looked like it hasn’t been swept in a week and it was 9 am.

First! Great crew. Manager greeted me with a smile and her crew was smiling while they worked. The store has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The flow of the store from the place to order to pickup is laid out well. It isn’t cramped like other locations.

If I could give this location negative 10 I would. Poor customer service. The person Angel was so rude and unprofessional she obviously didn’t enjoy her job or just that she doesn’t like people. She really needs to be trained in proper customer service. Never had any other issues with past visit. This was my first and now my last visit here. Worst service EVER!!!

Staff needs to be trained about customer service. I was ignored at the customer service counter . There was 3 staff members that watched me standing there.I had to tell them that I wanted to order something . Then they took their sweet time helping me. I wouldn’t go there again.

Ordered a sandwich and a coffee roll. The sandwich tasted like a cleaning agent and the coffee roll was not only crusty and clearly a day old or more, but it had a ripped piece of paper stuck to it.

Let me first say that I never got my food. I arrived in the line at 8:35 with one person in front of me getting ready to order and one person at the window. After 10 minutes, I decided to pull out of the line and go inside. There I was met by one person who was the only person in the entire restaurant, not sure if he was a manager or the owner. I stated to a woman at the counter (with whom he was giving a refund) that I felt bad that he was the only one. I guess he thought I was complaining and commenced to telling me that the lobby was closed and he got an attitude. My response was “perhaps you should put a sign on the door so other people won’t come in” (in a normal tone) he took that as me complaining and began to debate and berate me. I passed on a purchase. Common sense is common sense. If you are the only one working, you can’t do both! Lock the door, put a sign up and handle your business at the drive-through the best you can or until other staff arrives. I will add that if he treats his staff the way he treated me there’s no wonder he didn’t have staff show up I JS

Came through the drive through 15 min before closing to get some coffee and was told they were closed, however the sign was lit saying they were open. Website said that they were open and there were 2 people in there. When questioned about closing early, they did not respond. No explanation of why they closed early or if there was an issue. Very displeased with this location and they are usually are the better one in the area. Not very happy with this service.
