I sat at the drive-thru window about 7 minutes. I started to wonder if they were even open, so I said hello, and the person finally said, “Can I help you.” I mean, where was she all this time? If she was busy, she could’ve said, ” I’ll be with you in one moment, but yeah, nothing. They also didn’t have anything that I ordered down to a chocolate donut. I ended up leaving. Maybe it was an off day, but it was not such a good experience

Poor customer service. Went inside to counter and was shooed away to a kiosk. I asked if I could just order to a coffee and a donut, was told that drive-thru comes first, and then I was pretty much ignored. Another customer had been waiting inside for 20 minutes for their order before I got there and was still there when I left. I’m not sure how they stay in business.

This Dunkin Donuts, always has problems every time I go. Some of the problems I have encountered are, they can’t always fix the food as there is not someone there that can do it, cashier can’t get register to work, don’t have supplies to make drinks and sometimes they get your order wrong. Plus long wait times even when there is hardly anyone in line. This is a picture of their wake up wraps. Today I used one of the apps Offers/deals for the 10 count munchkins, that are free with a drink purchase and I never even go the munchkins….

Ordered our food and the hashbrowns both orders were balled up together and smashed. that coffee wasnt made properly and tasted fowl which isnt always a thing with them sometimes its really good. but the the sausage egg and cheese wrap i got was hard and over cooked and the cheese in it was black. I dont how they find that acceptable to give to people when they are paying for it but i find it rediculous.

I ordered their new chocolate cold brew with the sweet cold foam and the drink was bitter and sour. I tried to take 4 sips but I could not. It was so bitter and left a bad taste in m y mouth. As soon as I got home I threw it out. I have tried to love this store as it is close but I am no longer going back. There is always something wrong here.

This is the sketchiest establishment I’ve been to in a hot second. The barista took our order by memory then rung it up in the back. The manager rolled out the trash, came back in and immediately began rawdoggin’ orders with her trash hands. Weirdest and most backward Dunkin’ I’ve been to and that’s saying something because 90% of the Dunkin’s in Richmond are trash.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. They need new management. I’ve never had to complain before but how are they always out of something and never get their mobile orders correct? I ordered a croissant and a MOCHA iced latte.. neither one of those orders were right. My sister used to work here and she had horror stories about this place. Sorry but you all need to manage this place differently.
