Really really terrible experience. I can’t tell you how disappointed we were in our first experience at a DD! I got the Nutty Pumpkin drink and my husband got the Pumpkin Spice. My drink was so watered down it had almost no flavor at all, and my husband’s drink was so packed with cloying sugary syrupy nonsense it was undrinkable. After trying and failing to just get through my own drink we decided to pour some of it into my husband’s just to water it down so he could enjoy his somewhat. The service was also apathetic at best; when the barista handed us the first drink we asked which it was and she replied “There’s a label on it.” Don’t they know which drink it is? Or were they literally too lazy to answer our question? Then they tried to give us the wrong drink! It’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing and need some serious training. We literally went to Starbucks right after and got excellent drinks there. We won’t be going back to Dunkin’ at this location.

Placed a mobile order and ordered a customized 6 pack of donuts but literally had to replace every donut due to the ones I wanted not being available. I also ordered 50 vanilla munchkins but they also were out of those. I asked for a refund on the munchkins but the lady said I couldn’t get one because I ordered on the mobile app. I don’t understand that but she told me to contact the Dunkin’ email and they told me to wait 48 hrs and they would be in contact about a refund. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard back. So I wasted almost 15$. Not sure why you’d advertise and allow people to order products that aren’t even available in store. It was my first visit and will certainly be my last at least at this location .

I went in this morning for an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and i was in and out in less than 7 minutes. My time in the restaurant may have been short but the staff was very respectful, polite and made sure i felt welcome and appreciated the whole time. The food was fresh and tasty, and my iced coffee was just how i wanted!

This location has really gone downhill lately. When they actually have the items you want, they are inconsistent in taste and quality. Management needs to step up with staffing and inventory. Staff is friendly but incapable of handling the major issues that management has created.

Restaurant is clean. While no one here is outright rude, I’ve often gotten the feeling that they would rather be doing anything at all instead of selling me a doughnut. When going through the drive-through be prepared to be asked “is that it?” after every single item you order. The overall impression is that a bunch of teenagers without adult supervision staff this location.

Went through the drive through to place a coffee order. Ordered a butter pecan frozen drink and my husband ordered a double espresso. When we pulled around they only handed my drink out the window and then seemed confused when we asked where the second drink was. They made us a double espresso but did not add the cream and sugar as requested. We headed down the road only for me to discover that they had added the espresso to my drink and completely ruined it making it undrinkable. Someone from corporate needs to step in at this location…they need serious training.

I love dunkin, but this location for the past month or so continually makes my drinks wrong every time I come through. Whether it’s drink size, the wrong milk, wrong syrup, I’ve stopped going because it’s frustrating always getting the wrong item and paying so much for one drink for it to be wrong. Further training of the baristas needs to be enforced. I do understand mistakes happen, but not this frequent.

Don’t waste your time…. one time ordered donuts, ordered white glazed and when I got home it was a chocolate glaze. Another time the donuts were not fresh, must have been yesterday’s…. Martin’s has much better fresh baked donuts for less….

Went there this morning. I wanted to place two separate orders because I was with a friend. The girl taking Yoder said I can’t do that. I asked why she couldn’t do it and she was kind of smart and just said she couldn’t do it so I placed the order and I told her I would talk to her at the window. I went up to the window and she said I can’t do that. I said I want to pay mine with a gift card. My friend wants to pay cash for her so it’s two separate orders. She said per corporate. She wasn’t allowed to do that you had to pay for it all together. I explain to her that we wanted to pay separate orders again raising my voice because she was rude. She said well if you wanted to pay separate, you should have come lnside??? I told her I wasn’t able to come inside because my friend just had a broken hip and wasn’t able to walk in. Then the more I thought about it I thought that’s none of her business to begin with. It just went downhill from there. I ask for the manager, she acted totally dumbfounded and couldn’t even pronounce her last name. She said I’ll do it this time but going forward we can’t do that like she was doing me a favor I like to give local businesses a chance, so this is what happened to me about maybe a year ago I went up to the drive-through and tried to place an order, and nobody was answering sat there for about quite a while, and just pulled away. There was a stream of cars behind me. I found out the employees just decided to walk out. No sign up. No nothing there said all these people to other times they had my drinks completely wrong. do one time I sent it back in the window three times before they got it right I will never go back to this poorly run store. I will also be sending a letter to corporate.
