Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a quick ice coffee. Had to wait at a deserted counter since there where no workers in sight. When one finally appeared she seemed annoyed that she had to work. Then she made the wrong coffee for my wife. I won’t be going back to this one, I would hate to make them do their job…

I come here almost every morning and get a curbside iced coffee. THATS IT. It takes them at least 15-20 minutes everytime to bring it out because they handle inside customers first. Orders should be taken care of in the order they are received, point blank period. It’s sad i have to call into the store and tell them i’ve been sitting for them to bring my drink out. I work from home therefore I don’t have time to sit and waste. This place is a joke, and anytime you call and complain they get an attitude with you about it.

The last 3 times my daughter has gone into this specific location. she waited n waited. There was a guy sitting at the front of the store n said hello. The girl worker went out the door n jumped into a vehicle with a husband or boyfriend. So there stood my daughter wanting coffee n donuts n coffee that is on sale for 3 bags. Who is suppose to be the manager of this store to let people just sit around n not wait on customers. And by the way this is the 3rd time in few weeks this has happened…close up if people do not want to wait on customers..
