Great service and everything but consistency is off, all i want is a cold brew with cold foam but “light amount” of cold foam. Everytime i ask for that i get half my Large drink with foam. Its ridicouls i ordered a large coffee not a large foam drink

Mostly it’s a hit, sometimes a big miss on their drink orders. I order the same drink from a Dunkin’ probably 4 times a week. They have wide variance in their drink mixing (sometimes too much sometimes too little). Their staff however have always been extremely friendly

Went here last Friday to get coffee before my doctors appointment and when I got to the drive thru window I noticed the sign with their hours that said they open at 4:30am Monday-Friday. I got super excited when I saw the sign because Dunkin is my favorite coffee place and I like to get it before work, but some days (Monday’s & Tuesday’s) I have to be at work at 5am, so I’m usually not able to get coffee from them those mornings. I get up this morning (a Monday) and drive to Dunkin around 4:35am. As I’m pulling up to the drive thru, another car is also pulling up too. (I assume they also thought it opened at 4:30am… like the sign said) However we both sat their for a good 5 minutes and no one helped us…. If you’re going to advertise that your business is open at 4:30am, then you should help the loyal customers waiting in line at 4:40am… I was highly disappointed this morning.

Everyone working the window was playing around, I placed a mobile order and they kept trying to give me someone else’s drink and food. And when they handed me half my order they said have a nice day, I still have a dozen custom donuts and they just gave me an assorted box. It’s my nieces birthday and I had a specific donut for her in that order and they didn’t put it in there. That’s never happened to me before at that location but I don’t know if I will go back to them or not.

The ladies who work in the morning are absolutely amazing I come every morning of the week except Saturdays I’m always greeted with a smile and complimented. What locals consider “the good Dunkin.” I’ve worked from this location a handful of times and usually the service is ok. When I’ve ordered inside they’ve forgotten an item once or twice, not so much in the drive through. Drinks taste fresh and usually a bit better luck with food than the one next to Lidl.
