I’ve visited this location previously with no issues but the staff that wasn’t present today was rude and unaccommodating. I ordered a donut and a flavored lemonade. The menu when ordering clearly states the price is $3.89. When I went to pay the total rang up over $6. I asked what the prices were for each item and they told me the drink was almost $5. I told them it should be $3.89 and that’s what the menu was showing. They told me when they ring it up it’s coming up as $4.62. I reversed and took a photo to show them and they still refused to adjust the price to what was advertised. I asked to speak to the manager and the individual behind the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away without answering me. I told them forget the drink and just got the donut. Thankfully a new location is opening up closer so I can visit that location instead. Staff should be retrained on what customer service actually is.

We thought of grabing a quick bit so drove through, after placing the order it took us about 5 minutes to reach the counter as the cars before us were not moving, we confirmed the order and waited for another 5 – 6 minutes, all this while the care in front was waiting a little ahead, once they were given the food, we were asked to wait at the end of the driveway. After waiting for a few minutes I decided to check the reason for delay and realized many people have had similar experiences. It took another 4 minutes for the food to come. Overall took us about 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and did apologize for the delay.

Went for quick bite after church. Was pricey but didn’t realize how much food we were getting. Sandwiches were great bit got only 5 hash browns in my order (didn’t seemed like a full order). Staff was patient and courteous.

The lady I’m assuming is the manager started YELLING at us about coming AFTER we had already ordered. She went on about the “sign at the door” – the sign she moved AFTER we had already come in!! If you really don’t want customers to come in, put the sign in a visible area, like outside where people trying to come in can see? Because we would have happily gone through the drive-thru otherwise. Good thing we’re never going to that location since we only hit it on a road trip, but anyone local should just stay away.

Went thru drive thru only for a large coffee. Only maybe 4 cars ahead of me. Seemed to move pretty quickly until the car in front of me paid. It must have been 5 minutes before the car was given a small bag. I pull to the window no one was even there. I noticed about. 3 teenage girls standing in there joking and laughing. They noticed me looking. One girl came to the window said my total so I asked her why she didn’t pull the car in front of me. Because she seemed to be waiting on. Food. There was no response. I told her probably 90 percent of these customers are on their way to work. She still said nothing. Took my money and walked away from the window. Last I checked the customers pay their paychecks. I asked also if the owner was there she still said nothing. Looks like you need to get rid of those young girls that don’t care about your business

The best dunkin around! Even when understaffed they are still my goto! Everyone is super sweet and always make my coffee perfect. No complaints and if there were they would fix it lickety split! Also, asme and the morning team are THE BEST! they already know what i want and how to make it perfect as soon as they see my car 🙂

I ordered online FIFTEEN MINUTES before arriving and they looked at me and told me they hadn’t even started my order yet when I got there. I ordered online because I had things to do and places to be and had a little extra time to at least eat beforehand. But they waited until I got there to start my order and made it slow as hell. Shouldn’t be that difficult to make one coffee. And start it BEFORE I GET THERE cause that’s why you use the damn app.

Geez. Swing and a miss on so many levels. Walked in, no greeting, and after standing around awhile, we were all abruptly told that the staff could only serve drive-thru and mobile orders. That would have been useful 10 min earlier. Then after receiving the order: Who puts a frosted donut upside-down in the bag? The croissant on my breakfast sandwich was burnt. And the bathroom smelled.

Severely understaffed, this caused a long wait despite the store not being busy, and the order was messed up. The employees did a great job considering the circumstances, but this place needs to hire significantly more employees.
