The food is fine but the experience you have to go through to get the food isn’t worth it. Ever since they moved to the new drive-thru location it’s been one thing after another of disappointment: it taking nearly an hour in the drive thru to get through 6 cars, the drive thru staff consistently getting our order wrong, despite repeated confirmations of what our order is, different staff calling donuts by different names so you’re not really sure you’re going to get what you asked for until you look in the bag.

The building looked new but the bathroom was dirty and there were flies in the donut area. Actually on the donuts. The owner should hire more staff and spend more time at the shop to oversee these short comings. The drive through is always ridiculously slow.

I stopped here for coffee before work two months AGO and they said they are waiting for French vanilla to be shipped to them. I tried to give this place another chance since the new Dunkin I’ve been going to is temporarily closed and they still do not have French vanilla. It seems like this place hasn’t had shipment in two months. Also, when asking for a refund the Ethiopian lady makes the drinks waves her hand at me and tells me to contact customer service! Will never return here ever again!

Absolutely one of the worst Dunkins I’ve been to in the DMV area. I’m not certain if Sumaiya hates her job or was just having a bag day, but it was apparent she didn’t want to help me with my transaction. I wasn’t greeted, smiled at, thanked and was barely spoken to by this young lady. I work 5 days a week for a transportation company that serves the entire DMV area, and I travel to various Dunkin Donuts daily while working. I’ve been to over 50 Dunkin’s in the last 6 months alone, forget the last few years. This one almost takes the cake for the worst customer service, because it’s usually phenomenal. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I felt so bad after leaving this Dunkin’!

I ordered ahead at 8.30 for 11.45 for half a dozen donuts. They only put 2 correct ones and rest of them was randomly picked by them. The most disturbing part they didn’t notify me at any point of the process. I realized the mistake when i came to work and opened the box.

I place an app order and waited for my food to come in see that the screen says my order is ready. I ask for my order the cashier says they are make it now. I ask for a refund the Manger says to me I have to come back or wait for my order.. I didn’t want the food anymore after watching the Manger take my order off the trey a place it on the counter to make someone else order that was in the drive thru… I will never come to this dunkin donuts ever 6310 Backlick Rd Springfield Va

The worst Dunkin location ever. I would give this a 0 star if I could. One of the workers were very rude as they didn’t accommodate us for a mobile order that was out of our control. The Ethiopian lady was very rude saying she refused to help us as some add ins were not available on the app even though we offered to pay extra. We wanted a refund and she refused to refund us, ridiculous! I’ve been to this location numerous times and she and most workers would always have an attitude towards us. Please take your service elsewhere.
