I love coffee, however staff always messes up orders. Happens more often than not in the last 6months-1yr. I thought it was just mine, however I saw a few other customers go through drive through and have to go in to complain about the food and orders being messed up, after we have to wait for 20 minutes at the least for one order. Management is always on site when this happens, so maybe they need to consider better management.

This place is ALWAYS packed but staff are typically very friendly and working fast. My main complaint is their frozen coffees. They either are barely blended to where you chew on ice every sip or are like the attached picture. I ordered a medium and the cup wasn’t even close to full. I removed the whip cream,didn’t take a single sip, and you can see how low it is. I did the order ahead because I was on my way to work. I wanted to complain but they were busy and I felt rude asking them to make another all over again. The staff get the stars and the inconsistency is what knocked it down from 5 for me

Fast service and even friendlier staff. First time at this location and I was a complete grouch. And you know what I found at the drive thru window? Three smiling and cheerful faces. Not only did they boost my mood, but gave my dog a pup cup, topped it with a cute lil donut hole for decoration, and directed us to a local spot for a milkshake after I made the mistake of thinking they sold them. So glad we stopped by! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So background me and my wife love coffee. We went here about two weeks ago and ordered the holiday special everything from coffee to donuts. My wife order and Carmel mocha latte and I ordered the butter cookies coffee. The coffee we asked for cream and sugar and extra at that. We got none. Not only did they forget our cream and sugar they also put a special order sticker on my wife’s coffee and gave her french vanilla. The donut was cold and hard as a brick I’m sorry but paying customers should get treated as paying customers and not like we’re a inconvenience to your place of business. When I said something the lady smirked and said thanks have a great holiday and processed to shut the drive thru window. I even tipped because it was the holidays and this is how we got treated. All because we look and act differently than most people. My wife and I suffer from a lot of mental health problems and our social cues are not on point however when we do come off rude or in the wrong we apologize. Do better Dunkin donuts it’s the holidays.

Horrible customer service, nightshift is the worst. They make the same drinks different every time and in the morning I’ve had black hairs in my food. I’ll watch a couple employees work while other stand around on their phones. Probably the worst Dunkin around, just drive to Elkton instead.

I was counting on being able to take an important work call from this location this afternoon. However, I arrived to discover they closed their lobby at 2 pm which is not listed on Google, Dunkin, Yelp, etc. The manager compounded this inconvenience by being rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t be bothered to get off his computer and come to the door to explain the situation – the only thing he could be bothered to do was make a vague gesture to direct me what I think is towards the drive thru. I hope the manager enjoys his quiet afternoon utilizing the lobby which should be for customers as his apparent office.
