Imagine going to a place that is known for selling donuts, but rarely do they have donuts and rather than being able to give them your order, you have to take time to see what they do and don’t have, every single time. I fully understand that some locations have their donuts shipped in rather than made in store, but one think after months of people being frustrated about their supply (lack of) that they may make some changes to what they have on hand. The staff is rude/ half asleep most of the time. They get our orders wrong all the time and even after reading back our order and taking payment, they still forget items in our orders. Unfortunately, they’re the only donut/coffee shop in the area.

How hard is it to get a coffee, donut and sandwich right. Sausage, egg and cheese should sit on top of each other neatly. Not all over, halfway out of the sandwich. Luke warm at best. Coffee also Luke warm. Donut tasted like it was 3 days old. Seriously has gone down hill. They have to be told 3 times how to get the order right. Personality is no where to be found. Like robots with an attitude. Bathroom disgusting. No one washes tables.

Truly terrible customer service. I went to the drive through and ordered a large iced matcha latte with lite ice but that is not what I received. Instead they handed me a large matcha that was mostly ice and 1/3 foam. I took the drink inside to get it replaced and the manager instead of making my drink the way that I payed for it to be simply made a slushy out of it. What a joke of service. A complete waste of my time and money. With quote hope you have a better day.

The morning weekday crew is super efficient and friendly. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long line. They will get you out of there in a zap. The teens working do a wonderful job. It’s hard to stay nice when customers can be so rude! My only complaint is they always seem to be out of something and their truck deliveries don’t always bring what they need.
