One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Didn’t get my order right, didn’t offer me a receipt, burnt our sandwiches. Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who took my order incorrectly acted like I did HER a disservice. Just do your job right and repeat the order back to the customer and you won’t have these issues.

Go here almost everyday on the way to work. Today the “woman” who took my order was extremely rude. Made my drink all wrong. I’ll go across town where they have some respect. I ordered the pumpkin spice cold brew with cream sugar and a flat lid…..”uhhh pull forward” ohhh okay so I didn’t order the bagel like I usually do. Just complete attitude for what….? To drive customers away. Cause that’s exactly what you accomplished

Normally I love this location but today the service was a little off. I could barely hear the girl taking my order, and she never asked me to pull around. I waited for a bit and then asked if I should and somebody different told me to pull around. My drink and donuts were very good as usual though.

Placed an order for pickup on the app. Charge to my credit card posted. Manager named Rena said she didn’t have my order so I have to place it again. I showed her the charge posted to my credit card. She said “nothing I can do”. I tried to place the order again and it failed. Had to re-order at the counter, pay again and wait. Now I have 2 charges on my card for the same order. Rena was not just unhelpful but rude. “It’s not my app, it’s the company’s”, “there’s nothing I can do about it, you’ll have to contact your credit card company.” When attempting to wash my hands in the restroom the cover fell off the soap dispenser and no soap came out. I brought that to Rena’s attention and she said “it’s not broken, you just pressed too hard” – not true. I asked her to ensure it gets fixed. She again insisted it’s not broken. This was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a store manager.

Always quick and easy. They make the best donuts too. The coffee isn’t as strong as some of the Dunkin’s I’ve been to before but still just as delicious as always. This one has a Baskin Robbins attached too so also a great place for ice cream or shakes too!!

I stop at this location every single morning that I work 6 days a week, and these people that wait on me are wonderful, they know my order before I finish, they are extremely fast which is amazing because I’m usually running late, my coffee is perfect everyday and they are super friendly. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and I understand what it is to run a drive thru and these people nail it every time. So I thank you ocean gateway dunkin for being awesome!
