Fantastic food as well as amazing customer service, would highly recommend! I have ordered from here many times now and would definitely recommend the special iced latte and avocado toast. The staff are always very well mannered and I am always met with the upmost care and service. The sandwiches are amazing and there is a lot of variety to choose from. Overall, its truly a very good place to visit. I would definitely recommend to go and enjoy the food at this location

The food is delicious and they always give me more donuts than I need. The drinks are consistent, I haven’t had anyone mess up my drink yet and I go there about twice a week. I’m usually in and out with very little wait time, and the restaurant itself is always clean.

Today I went in around 12:15pm to get a dozen donuts, i went inside the store because i thought it would be easier to pick them out. A very sweet girl started to take my order and everything was beyond pleasant, UNTIL.. the owners decided to not only rudely interrupt me, but also her, to yell at her for selling me a dozen donuts. If a dozen is on the menu why can’t i order it?? She asked the owner if he would like her to decline the sale and to which he responded by giving her the nastiest look and walking away. THEN what i’m presuming is the owners wife, snatched the box out of the girls hand and demanded her to go away, and then was the rudest possible ever while taking the rest of my order. I am not only angry, but shocked at how these employees get treated. I hope this girl realizes her worth because she seemed like the hardest worker and deserves a lot better!!!

They do not understand English, and they are incredibly rude to the customers. They did not give me a vanilla swirl capachino like I asked for and they said they couldn’t do that either. We also asked for a cold brew with coconut milk and a coconut shot, but they said they couldn’t do both so you had to choose one. We received the most plain and nastiest drinks possible from an even nastier staff. Avoid this place if you can, store bought dunkin makes the actual restaurant seem like a joke and that’s real sad.

The employees are nice. They just go through a lot with the owner and store manager. Apparently the SM is the owners best friend and had no clue how to be a SM but got the job over employees that have been there since it open. This is not a place any adult would want to work or your child. The owner thinks if you work for him then you have no life outside of his world. It is pointless to call corporate cause they will just take what you sent in and email it to the owner and he will just delete it or throw it away. I feel the only way anything will get done if we call labor and licensing or MD Workforce and maybe tell corporate we are gonna do that. Cause no employee or customer deserves to be treated the way he treats people.

Owners are awful and rude to customers. Drinks are not even close to how they should be made. Donuts are either non existent or old and stale. They really should just hand it over to the locals and stop hovering but they can’t hold onto any decent employees because they are awful human beings.

I have been disappointed more then once! They continue to make my drink wrong although I order the same one everytime they argue with me over ingredients that I ask for specifically they give attitude when I need it fixed or added ingredients… I have never been served with suck rude behaviors such as slamimg and sliding coffee accross the counter snickers and laughter of encouragement from superior staff members. Cold food items after waiting for it to be prepared. I just can not stress enough that they are the most unsatisfying dunkin I have been to and I have been a faithful customer sense 2009 from Baltimore to Pennsylvania to South Carolinas I have not had such poor customer service experience I hope the owner can find new management or improvement I do like the convince of location and love my drink when it’s made right

Went to this location this morning shortly after they opened. Cold foam cold brew was not at all as expected. Tasted and looked like a weak and milky iced coffee. Also tasted and looked like it was topped with a small amount of whipped cream instead of cold foam. Tried to drink it, but ended up dumping it. Also, couldn’t order via the app. Not sure if they just don’t have mobile ordering setup yet, but the app was showing that the store was closed despite it being past the opening time of 5am (still showing closed at ~6am).

The staff is very friendly. However you can order the same coffee every trip and the drink you get is different. Always overloaded with cream even when asking for light cream.
