Horrible service…I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes with cars in front of me with no movement. I decided to go inside because there was no customers, the two staff members walked past me twice without acknowledging me waiting on the two cars at the drive thru…I finally got service after fussing at the two staff members. Their excuse was it’s busy…my question busy where at 630pm? I’m the only one in here and the two cars in drive thru got one coffee each and a donut. DUNKIN, HIRE SOME QUALITY AND EFFICIENT WORKERS!

Great customer service at the drive-thru and reasonable prices. Navigating the drive-thru is a little tough cuz the space is small, so it might not be ideal for big trucks. However, there is a gigantic parking lot behind the building if truck drivers want to walk and go inside. Got myself a new coffee mug today!
