the food was good overall but it gave me a very upset stomach. There were flies everywhere even on the donuts. People were trying to tell the staff that there were flies on the donuts, but they were pretending like they didn’t understand what they were saying. And they were foreign, so they didn’t really understand what I was saying, and I couldn’t understand them.

The absolute worst dunkin experience of my life. An EXTREMELY rude employee randomly charged me 2 dollars more for a drink I literally order every single day of my life and when I politely asked why, she gave a completely nonsensical response and then charged ANOTHER dollar for “a cup of ice” since I dared to ask for the drink that i get every single day to have ice (which it always does) avoid this like the plague. The two dunkins on Frederick are at least nice. Awful experience do NOT go here.

Usually service and order is good. This time horrendous. Long drive through line. Person at window got order wrong (after telling order# and name where you order). At window asked me what donut and told which one. Drink was wrong and price. When I told that began arguing with me. Yes a mistake could have been made; but instead of saying let me check (been at other DD) insisted was mine. I drove away, contacted Customer Service; got refund back on app and went to my usual DD. Orde was fine there.

The staff is racist. I stood at the order table for ten minutes without anyone asking or helping me. Then they called a white guy who had just come in to go over and order first. I can’t believe this is happening! I will not come to this store again and advise Asians not to come to this store if you want to have a good mood!

I just want to address someone’s review where they accused the staff of being racist. I dont work at this location(or any) and i barely go here, because it is not on my daily path. I have, however, been to this location enough to see how many employees there are with multiple ways of ordering. I myself, a white middle aged man, have been overlooked because one employee thought that another had taken care of me then another thought i was waiting for a web order. It had nothing to do with Race and, honestly, there were at least 4 different “races” represented in the employees nearly every time i was in there. The only race i didnt see was white. The place is busy and stuff happens. If you think that every time you get overlooked accidentally or get less than perfect service its only because of your race, let this White guy who has experienced every kind of F’d up service you can imagine, assure you that it happens to everyone. I have also seen really obviously racist incidents so i know they happen. However, for the reviewer to say that the nearly entirely multi-national and multi-race staff is racist because they got missed and the next guy that wasnt missed was white, just shows how you go through life. Sh†t happens to everybody, save the calling people racist comments for the real stuff. Those kind of comments are what make people ignore the true stories of obviously racist incidents, which I am not in any way saying never happen. Occational bad service is a fact of life we ALL deal with.
