I went to the drive thru and this person had a real bad accent. To make the story short, I order 2 bacon, eggs and cheese baggel but in the window he said he just place one. So I asked for another and he said $4, I gave him $5 but he didn’t gave me my money ($1) back. He said something about the order from the window. I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I am very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. I always get my iced caramel macchiato and normally it is delicious. However, these past 6 or so months with all the newer people they don’t know what they are doing. My drink tasted like absolute garbage. I will not go back. It’s very upsetting. They didn’t put the extra caramel in it like I asked and they stirred it. This is not what I asked for.

When I received the box it was light, I pulled to the side to count them. There were only 37 doughnuts in my box, when I pulled back in the drive thru the cashier smiled and said she’ll fill it up…..
