LOUSY Dunkin’, but super busy on a Saturday morning, so I guess they must be doing something right. Perfectly fine for takeout or drive-thru I guess, but if you’re looking for someplace to sit and enjoy a little something, I recommend someplace else. Dirty, uncomfortable, awkwardly arranged furniture. Zero outlets available for seated customers, which for a coffee place in 2023 is inexplicable.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and iced coffee. Iced coffee came out fine. The 3 people working at the window staring at us cluelessly and the one teen comes over and asks if we paid. Yes we paid. What did you order. This and 2 sandwiches. Oh he says. And the food had been done for minutes and sat at the table by the window. Incompetent people want 15 an hour what a joke 🙂

The man who works the morning shift doesn’t speak to his customers. If you ask a question, he doesn’t answer or look at you. Very rude. Whenever I order online to pick up in the drive thru, he will ask me what I ordered and just give me my coffee. I have to tell him what else I ordered. Once I had to show him where I had placed the order in the app. Shouldn’t they already have this information? I am done with ALL Dunkins. I love their coffee, but the rude service is unacceptable. It is not just this location and a couple of times I’ve left in tears. I’d contact corporate, but doubt it would do any good.

Went in at 4:38p. On 8/14. Mobile order. Only half order was completed. Had to wait for bagel. When I opened later only half had spread on it. Girl who was completing order was aggravated because she missed the item and had to make it. Horrible customer service today.

Disorganized.. food is always cold, drinks taste like water and sugar even when u buy the extra shot of espresso! They take it upon themselves to pick your donuts, if they are out of what u order instead of telling you! I’ve given this Dunkin chance after chance… I will drive the extra 8miles out of my way to AVOID THIS DUNKIN AT ALL COST!

Always polite and extremely efficient. I’m a regular and they know what I’m ordering before I finish saying it myself. Fast drive-thru even in long lines. My favorite place . I ‘Run’ on Dunkin!!

Um, it’s crazy how long the drive thru line gets. I can’t imagine why anyone would wait in a line of that size. So in the rare occasion I go , I preorder and go in to get my stuff. Usually I am not greeted or acknowledged in anyway. The cleanliness is questionable, and the customers are a bit low brow at this location. Idk if it has to do with the location. I would assume that’s the situation because Westminiser is pretty awful. This location is by some trashy hotel that I think ppl live in. Idk. I try to stay away from here.

Sway N Wonderland

Showed up around 8:40pm on a Wednesday and this location should be open til 11pm for the drive thru. Myself and another vehicle waited several minutes patiently waiting for someone to talk at the speaker, however no one came. Pulled up to the windows to find no one anywhere within the building. So needless to say they were closed before they should of been based of their website, Google, and the physical location hours of operation sign on the window.

In the mornings this place is quick and usually no issues but at night when the lobby isn’t open my truck doesn’t fit through the drive thru because it’s ridiculously small and has a very tight 180°turn they need to redesign the drive thru to accommodate the working men that drive trucks
