I go here every morning, there is usually a younger dude who take me order he’s always super nice and upbeat. The customer service is usually one of the reasons I frequent this location. Today was like no other day I went to order in the drive thru and the older larger female yelled at me because she couldn’t hear my order. I didn’t even get to finish my order because she cut me off and told me to go to the window. When I got to the window I asked who was that yelling at me and the other lady just smiled and laughed. Then the larger women comes to the window extremely disrespectful and just insulting. I come here and spend at least $30 every morning ! I will never spend my hard earned money to be laughed at and yelled at like I’m a child. The owner needs to hire people who actually care about customer service instead of ignorant and entitled family members. It’s not hard to be kind to others.

I honestly went to this particular dunkin this morning because my doctor is right next door. I order 2 large coffees, 2 breakfast food items and I thought FOR SURE I was going to be in the line for 5 minutes before i was even served. The line was wrapped around to the entrance and I still managed to only wait a full 5 minutes from start to finish. Everything came out quickly and was still hot by the time I got home which is roughly 14 miles away. I can’t say I’ll be back any time soon but I will be back when I am down that way. They have the chic fila speed.

I feel like this is the only good Dunkin’ around. All the of the other surrounding locations make subpar drinks, but this location consistently cranks out good ones. Staff is great too. It’s not the closest Dunkin’ to me but I still make the extra trip because it’s leagues better than the others.

Stopped there this evening for a coffee before my 1.5 hour long commute home. My toddler was in the car and so I ordered her a munchkin and water (I couldn’t find her drink cup – mom fail). The drive through attendant, David, was so respectful and kind. He gave me a cup with a straw for her and like 5 munchkins! So sweet. Plus the latte was excellent and I’m usually not a Dunkin fan!

on 3/5 visited store and when i walked i i realized they were busy…but at least i could of been acknowledged with good morning. lady looked me in my eyes and turned her back and continued what she was doing. Understood the store was busy, but what abt GOOD MORNING! Will never visit this location ever again….CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE VERY POOR AT THIS LOCATION

The drive thru people are rude. They don’t give you an opportunity to even say your order without saying “anything else”. The guy was super rude because he kept getting it wrong. Then his manager got on yelling because I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I never once yelled or raised my voice. I just drove off without pulling up. Super rude…go somewhere else if you can.
