I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this time I must. I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese and when I left the store I thought that’s what I had (considering I have never had any issues when ordering a bagel). When I was ready to eat my bagel I discovered that there was no cream cheese on the bagel and a small pack in the bag. I was thoroughly upset. I checked my receipt to ensure that I placed the order correctly and sure enough I did. The inconsistency in service and the food that you is perplexing to me. Definitely not sure if I will be returning to this location because there is always an issue with getting the order right.

Every couple months I go here and am quickly reminded why I don’t go here. Even if I put my mobile order in 10 minutes before trying to pick it up its still not ready and I end up waiting 10 more minutes. As someone who worked for dunkin a few years ago the way this place is managed astounds me as this would have never been allowed at my location. The owners obviously don’t care about their business.

This place used to be really good. Within the past few months the service here is terrible. Missing items and inaccurate orders almost every time I’ve come here now for the past 5 visits. Not sure if something has changed, morale has decreased or if they lost staff but management needs to figure it out and pay these people more or something. I need my coffee.
