This is by far the worse place ever. Time is 12:24pm Aug 4th walked in to het something to eat stood there for 5min while employees walk up and down talking no one said a thing. It when I decided to walk out and take my business else were. The 2 guys working at that time just looked at me like I was bothering them never again.

Dunkin Donuts’ customer service is the WORST I’ve experienced. I ordered a latte on the app and when I went to pick it up through the drive-thru, I was told the latte machine was broken. They told me to cancel it on the app. I tried but wasn’t able to and it went down hill from there. Toll free number is a voicemail, the chat doesn’t work, emails don’t get answered. Twitter chat entertains you for a minute and makes promises that they don’t fulfill. They just clearly don’t care once they get your money. Don’t waste it here.

Got the wrong drink with cold foam that I didn’t order on either coffee. Bathroom was locked with a number pin, employee gave me the wrong pin so I used the men’s, which also didn’t have toilet paper and employees said they didn’t have toilet paper in the store. ‍ Definitely will not be going to this Dunkin again while traveling.

This place is the slowest Dunkin in history. If the owner is reading this, know that people go out of their way not to come here because the service is so slow. Try for yourself, owner, come in and try to order something, anything, and time it. I ordered one item and have been standing here for TEN MINUTES waiting on it. Please hire some faster workers!!!!
