Really terrible Dunkin. This is a last resort Dunkin, so if you can drive to another one, do it. Horrible service. They always mess up my order. Today they gave me a weird off brand cup. One time they crammed an order of a dozen donuts in two bags. When I asked about it, the lady laughed. But wouldn’t put them in a box. Another time I asked if they could do a glove change for allergies, the person refused.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but the drive thru is ALWAYS ALWAYS slow. Even if you go inside, it takes awhile before someone even gets to you (probably because they’re so back up on the drive thru). I’m not sure what the issue is, but I’ve never had this issue at other Dunkin’s.

The worst dunkin in the blocLatte. Wait times are unnecessary long. If you walk in, the workers like working on a snail’s speed and won’t even acknowledge you. But I’ve been outting up with that until today when they gave me half a cup of latte.

There is a reason the Dunkin’ does not have a phone number listed. I’ve had several horrible experiences here. It’s only been open less than a year and I have had them leave items out of my order. Answer me in the drive through upon pulling up by saying yea go ahead, and then today serving me this “Apple fritter” that should have been tossed in the trash. I will drive a bit further for my Dunkin’ Donuts from now on.

They have terrible service and no process to support the volume of people that go to this location. I’m fine waiting and understand everywhere is understaffed. But the woman working today was not tracking the tickets coming through in-person and was serving everyone out of order. So even though I was trying to follow their rules and wait my turn, she ended up serving anyone who was making the most fuss. I’m fine waiting. I’m not fine with a poorly run location. Not going back to this location.

I walked 15 minutes with my baby in a stroller and they had locked the lobby door, stopped taking mobile orders. Other competitors don’t have this problem. If having too many customers is a problem, hire more people or more skilled people and pay them responsibly

Waited in the drive through line for over 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon around 445 pm (aka NOT a busy time). There were only 2 cars in front of me. The car behind me left after they ordered because of the ridiculous wait. Finally got to the window, nothing was ready, they asked me what I ordered at least 3 times and still got it wrong.

I’ve given this Dunkin’ several tries as it’s on my morning drive, but there hasn’t been a single trip without issue. From long waits to no one working the register. Today I received my coffee in a smaller-than-advertised generic paper cup. There are better options in the area.

This is by FAR the slowest Dunkin I’ve come across. In addition, I was overcharged for my donut. $.50 is not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I pointed out the mistake, and they said they were correct with such certainty, they convinced me! This isn’t usually an issue because I Mobil order 99% of the time, but when I got home I looked, and yes, I was charged a specialty donut price for a regular donut. There is no number to call, so the only way to let them know is to do an unfavorable survey and leave a review. At this point, I won’t be returning to that location, even if they did offer to refund my money.
