Typical Dunkin with the usual coffee, snacks, and donuts. It does have on-tap coffees. Cold brew was strong but they skimped on the flavor pumps, couldn’t see or taste the caramel at all. Instead of the typical Dunkin plastic cups, they use unbranded paper cups that don’t hold up well. Bigger issue is the awful paper straws! They are crushed by the prongs on the lids, add a funky taste to the drink and fall apart before finishing the drink. It also added weird foam and bubbles when sipping the drink that was worrisome… What the heck was causing them and are they safe??

No drive thru. 4 people working. No other customers in the store. Took 10 min before someone even came to the register and she was on the phone. Weird unbranded cups. Do not waste your time or money here.

It is very small and the way it is shaped makes the line for ordering cramped and in the way. Very little seating. Food is fine but this is more of a Dunkin donuts mini. Recently modeled to look like a display kitchen which looks good but makes things slower

If I could give it no starts I would they was not wearing their mask properly and gave me an attitude. They also refused to give the veterans day free donut saying they didn’t do that even though they had a sign right outsay that said they did.

This is by far one of the worst DD I’ve been to. They are super slow and how do you have stale donuts in the morning. I guess that’s the type of service you get when their run by foreigners. Sad but True!

Dunkins new loyalty program is terrible, and the staff at the location off Snowden couldn’t care less. I waited 5 minutes for them to figure out how to charge the latest promo and walked out without breakfast. Went across the street to another shop. Tried to reach DD support and was kept on hold forever and gave up. Maybe I am expecting too much from DD, but just responding to their email offers.
