This dunkin used to be really good,their service is ok, but they changed to paper cups and it is not the same as it used to be, they are trying to save money, but we are paying the same price for coffee,that no longer tastes the same. The cups are a different size,the ice to coffee ratio is different, and the coffee tastes different. I will take my business elsewhere, where I can get the coffee I pay for.

Not only have they succumbed to using the horrible paper straws, they’ve now also changed their cups to paper. Impossible to drink an entire iced coffee on the way to work before the straw is no longer usable. The old eco-friendly straws were much better.

My son and I were stranded because my truck broke down. I had to wait for my brother to pick us up. The two lady in this location were soooo sweet and kind. I used to come here everyday but recently they got a bunch of new staff and it’s gone downhill. I’m assuming they’re under new management which does not seem to be for the better. They stopped stocking things I used to get everyday, the quality is not good and the customer service now is subpar at best.

I love the guy who owns this place (or at least I think he’s the owner) – one day I somehow managed to place my order without enough money in my purse and had left my wallet on my kitchen counter. I was so embarrassed but the guy said to please just take the food and return whenever i could with the money. Very unusual — and so now I always make a point of stopping in to get something whenever I take my dog to the vet nearby, which is a few times a month. Everyone there is really nice.

Just bought some donuts & munchkins this morning. You can tell the donuts were leftovers from yesterday. They were hard & crusty. Definitely not the best quality. Went here because it was the closest to my location. I’ll probably drive the 2nd closest one next time.
