I ordered avocado toast with bacon at their drive-thru. I got my order, drove half a block before opening it to find no bacon. I returned to the drive-thru and showed them my receipt and order. They corrected it by throwing a few strips on top. Not very appealing. This happens often at this location.

I received extremely poor customer service at this location. I was in the drive through and saw the car in front of me take their order and then give back a cup of coffee and hand the cashier their receipt. After a brief exchange they drove off. When I got to the window the cashier handed me my coffee and I immediately asked him if that was the same coffee that had been previously handled by the customer, to which he replied, “yes.”

It’s a typical dunkin. I stopped at this place for my wife. I got a coffee, black, with a little ice so I wouldn’t burn my mouth. They added just enough ice. And it was good coffee.

They get the donuts on preorders wrong every time so check them but they’re always fresh at least. Be careful leaving the drivethru as you can’t see around the building until you’re already in the lane of incoming traffic in the lot and it’s very easy to have an accident here.

I stopped by the drive-thru this morning (6/6/23) to pick up a dozen donuts as a gesture to the office. Who doesnt love donuts. 1) The two Indian women over the intercom couldnt identify where the donut flavors were located to tell me the flavor options and, 2) They both told me that my Dunkin app wasnt the Dunkin app. Not only is the customer service (i.e., as others have stated) extremely poor but it speak volumes that the drive-thru line just had me in it at 7AM. Dont waste your time. Coffee is an essential part of that get-up-and-go and these two women werent for the go! They need to get!

All I want is a large hot latte with enough ice cubes to cool it to a suitable temperature that I can consume it all immediately. I have a very short commute to work and I must be caffeinated as soon as possible. In 5 years of ordering this location has about 64% success rate in achieving suitable drinking temps. In talking hottest possible temp that wouldn’t harm human tissue. Good coffee is hard to find. Life is full of suffering. If there is a God he does not love us.

People don’t follow the drive thru directions which causes potential accidents. One lady cut me off and yelled at me, and proceeded to cut the line. Too much traffic and chaos just to get a coffee. I mentioned it to a staff member that customers consistently are not following the directions and there’s a lot of rambunctious and he didn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming here anymore.
