I literally had four kids and myself waiting patiently to order while there was a manager and like 5 employees standing around. Ironically the supervisor was yelling at her employees about their customer service and time availability all while ignoring us. One of them finally noticed us and pointed us to the cash register across the side from us and told us to use the kiosk to order (which didn’t work). We waited and tried to get their eye contact before getting annoyed and walking out without another word being said or being noticed. Terrible terrible customer service and loss of 5 sales and I was wanting to order a cake for Fathers Day. Two thumbs down. What a disappointment for the kids.

If I could do negative stars, I would. This place is trash. The worst location that exists in the Dunkin franchise. They never have any food, their customer service is horrendous, when you do get your order its always wrong. Just avoid this place at all costs. Its better to go hungry than to deal with this place. Absolutely terrible.

They never have food, and most times the coffee is poorly made whether its burnt or watery. Best to save your money. Only reason it gets a 2-star is because sometimes they give good service, but I wouldn’t expect it. Most of it’s problems likely aren’t the employees’ fault anyway.

I ordered ice cream via the drive through and they didn’t have the quart tubs so the lady gave me pints instead, which I appreciate. And she said they ran out of the ice cream I ordered (cookies n creme) so she made another batch just for me . They could have come to the window and said they’re out and will give me a refund, but she didn’t do that. She figured out a way to get me that ice cream and I just want to say that I appreciate that young lady’s hard work and customer service. Note: I order via the drive-thru around 8pm or so (the time may be off… but I just remember it was dark outside… aka the night crew is dope!)

Conveniently located with a gas station and Arby’s. I ordered a coffee and a roast beef sandwich next door. Basically a condensed food court layout. Plenty of parking and the workers processed my order within a few minutes.

I recently placed a large order for an event and was very pleased with the customer service I received. The staff was friendly, my order was correct, food was fresh and ready for pick up at the requested time, and they even gave me a discount for ordering bulk and helped me load the food onto my car. Way to go DD!!

Very hit and miss. Depends who’s working. Sometimes my experience is perfect, other times like during peak hours you’re looking at least a 20-25 minute wait if you’re getting food.
