Really very shocked at how efficient it was to come and grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches at 9 AM on a weekday. I was fully expecting to wait in the drive-through line for several minutes without any service. Assuming it was going to be slow. However, I was in and out of that drive-through line in less than five minutes, which I think is really good for an establishment that was as busy as they were churning through all of the customers.

the manager Jackie was very unprofessional and rude and nasty. she dont know how to speak to customer and she need to be train in customer service if she is going to be taking order. in the evening i do not have any problems but the morning shift is rude and nasty and they have people working the window that does not speak English or act like they cant understand English. i ask for my money back and took my service somewhere else. This is why i go to Starbucks because the service is better.

Horrible, they don’t honor their advertisement that’s on the board when you make a purchase. The board has a anysize coffee and the sandwich is three dollars. Other stores honor a croissant or english muffin they don’t. I don’t recommend this dunkin donut to anyone.

Went there twice for my mobile order and still it wasn’t avaliable. Went the evening and was told they were out of all the donuts I order except for 1. They told me I couldn’t get a refund, but I could come back the next morning. I said ok. Went back, still they tried to convince me they didn’t make one donut, which was clearly available to be ordered on the app. The nasty girl at the window told me they don’t control the app and when I asked her for the customer service number, she told me to Google it! So unprofessional!

Ordered via a third party delivery service this morning had my ordered delivered on time around 12pm or so. As my order was correct, the coffee was subpar & my sandwich lacked flavor with the bacon being burnt & it tasted like they had microwaved it several times.

This is the last time I frequent this place. I did get the donuts in the evening. However if you’re selling donuts, you should never sell hard, stale, crusty donuts. Especially giving poor service like i’m inconveniencing you because you don’t feel like explaining what donuts you have to the drive thru customers. The variety was poor as well. This picture is what i got after I got home and opened the box. What a joke. Not even edible or visually appealing.
