I have to find another location. The one on Washington Blvd was not it. The strawberry doughnut was old, they didn’t have to new raspberry watermelon flavor refresher and said it was discontinued. The caramel iced craze coffee went to the trash. I stopped at another Dunkin and got my drink. Many wasted but at least I gained some points. What a brightside

The drive thru today had a really long line but the workers there are really nice and get the order right on the first time. I’ve come here numerous time in the morning and I always go to the drive-thru because it’s a quick line and an easier way to get my breakfast. Most definitely the lady at the drive thru today deserves a raise for her commitment and passion to her job.

This was my first time going here and it was the worse. The drive thru lady was rude it was the older lady. then my order was not correct I asked for a French coffee 2 sugar 2 creams they put 4 French which I did not ask for. The coffee was too sweet, customer service needs to be a designated topic during team meetings professionalism goes along way. And for the drive thru cashier to say OMG when I was placing my order cause she was frustrated was very inappropriate. Seems like she needs to think of a different career where she is not dealing with the public if she doesn’t have patience. I was very unsatisfied with my service possibly I will not return as well as inform friends to not come their. Its said the one off Baltimore ave up the street from this location had only 2 workers in their Thursday morning and they got my order correct as well as hand exceptional professionalism/customer service. Im very dissatisfied with this locations customer service (the one lady taking the orders) I will say the young lady expediting the order did have great customer service greeted me that’s about it.

This is a nicely located Dunkin, but I have been there more than once now and there has always been an issue with my order (especially when ordering through the app). Either they don’t have the item (common items, not anything special) or they completely mess up the order/disregard the order instructions. Like others mentioned, the drive thru is a bit slow and the workers are not moving with a sense of urgency for what is supposedly deemed fast food.
