Nice staff it’s just the slowest of any Dunkin Donuts. Been there many times and always the same. Only person in the drive thru thinking it would be different. 11 minutes sitting at the window.

To be completely frank, place seems to be short staffed but they try their best. The drive thru line was long so i went inside to order. Inside is extremely clean and they have the order kiosks so i was able to place my order quickly. The employees in there seemed crazy busy and were still able to get my order out in a timely fashion.

People seem no interested in being there unless you interact with them. Not that I expect some flashy actions but at least smile and say good morning and thank you. I go there once every 2 weeks and sometimes they are quick but sometimes they can drag their feet…. They are staffed in the am to be ready for this faster pace but it seems like only half their team pulls their weight. The Edgewater Donkindonuts is the best when it comes to overall happiness around the board with what they offer and staffing. Their manager runs a few stores and he is always trying to better his staff. I’ve seen him out work everyone just to make customers happy.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this Dunkin Donuts is horrible. The employees are very rude. Every time I order, something is completely incorrect or they are out of something or both!! The amount of times they have given me my coffee without cream and sugar or any flavoring I asked for is ridiculous. The coffee tastes like old stale water & over brewed coffee. I have heard rumors about this location having staffing issues and a high turn over, but that is no excuse. Train your employees how to read directions! Recently I ordered an iced coffee & I was handed a hot coffee. The label clearly said “iced”. I continuously give them a chance, I will not be returning nor ordering from here any longer. The Lusby location is amazing.

How this place averages 3 stars is beyond me! If I could post zero stars, I would because they’ve truly earned it! Taking 30 minutes to put 12 donuts in a box???? In desperate need of new management and new workers… the quality of work personnel.. I’ve seen better service at an abandoned retirement home.

Our Dunkin is always busy! The service is great, the staff is very friendly/efficient and the store/grounds are neat/clean. I enjoy doing the Surveys on the receipt and getting a free donut with my large drink whenever I stop in. It’s a added plus to a already pleasant experience.

I came through the drive thru around 7:30 p.m. or so. Tall young African American man took the time to serve me avocado toast with burnt pieces of bacon. UGH! Not what I had in mind for my lovely cup of perfectly made Chai Latte with Almond Milk. Young beautiful woman at the window was nice and professional. Smiled and was very friendly and attentive.

They completely messed our order up. Ordered an everything bagel and sourdough sandwich with sausage and no cheese, got a sourdough sandwich with bacon and cheese and a croissant sandwich, didn’t even get the bagel. Waited an extra 20 min for the munchkins and discovered that they had completely forgotten about the order at all. Truly disappointed.

I ordered my drink at 9:15 at the stop light thru moblie. They didn’t start making it until 9:25. Whats up with this location ? The tiny lil short girl with the long braids/locs keeps touching her face/wiping her nose WITH HER GLOVES ON. Just nasty. This place will get you sick. Never again. Nasty nasty nasty. Check the cameras. Tell her stop touching her face while making food for customers. I don’t even see anyone washing their hands or changing gloves.
