In the past this location would struggle with my order every-time. I complained and saw on local pages others did too. Well, I’m coming back to happily report they listened! Lately- I’ve been a loyal customer for months and have had no issues with order accuracy. The staff are much more attentive than they use to be and while there are occasionally out of stock items, it’s not nearly as often as it used to be. I use the mobile app to order and frequently am greeted by name with it. Using the app to pay and apply coupons/rewards is easily done and staff are knowledgeable on how to use it which I appreciate! Thank you to all the workers at this location for hard work to earn this customer back— your dedication has been noticed!

I’m upset with this place. Never in my life walked into anywhere where people see you but don’t acknowledge you and walk past you several times.. then when they do finally come to the front, they don’t even want to take your order. I asked for a cookie butter donught, and there were two sitting there she told me there was no more. She looked right at them.. I did, too. Then I get my drink and it doesn’t even taste right.. a wasted 4 dollar trip if you ask me. Should have checked the reviews before coming here..

ZERO STAR!! This is probably the 5th order between me and my girlfriend we’ve gotten in the last 2 weeks and they have gotten every single one wrong from the coffee being made wrong to the food taking 10-15 minutes to cook and then being cold when fresh out the drive through window have also gotten a couple meals with plastic still on the cheese from this location it is very poorly managed day and night take to long to get anything in a timely manner and again nothing is ever right save your time and money and go somewhere else because this Dunkin is far from satisfactory stay away. Very sad to see considering I know the owner and personally dealt him when he had come to a establishment I’ve worked in the past and he expected perfect service but can’t even provide even decent services at his establishments should say a lot about this location.

It’d be nice for the employees to pay attention and provide with everything that’s ordered. I opened my bag 40 mintues later and found items missing. When called, the useless employee told me to come back. Sorry, not driving back 30 minutes to get my $2 and change item. Should’ve been refunded on the phone or atleast offered an apology. The customer service at this location is the worst. No type of acknowledgment when placing your order. It’s like you are talking to yourself. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location. The WALDORF location is way better!!!! If you can make the drive there, please go to that location.
