We really had a great experience at this location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even took a pic of my daughter and I. The coffee was spot on and our breakfast sandwiches were great. I never was into coffee much but you can definitely tell the difference in pods at home versus their fresh coffee. Game changer for sure! I highly recommend this awesome location.

It’s fine. The drinks are wildly inconsistent but that’s par for the course for dunkin. My biggest complaint is that, if you use the app, sometimes you’ll order something that’s not actually available at the store. Since there’s no way to cancel an order on the app, if this happens and you don’t want to substitute, you’ve gotta talk to corporate to get your money back.

Pretty disappointed of this location. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich but it came out very bland, the egg was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The sourdough bread wasn’t toasted as advertised. I also got the hashbrowns and they were very overcooked, tasted burnt. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered two donuts after I ate. They were cold and the maple glazed donut had very little icing on it, the jelly one had no glaze or sugar on it at all, and it tasted kinda sour. The staff was nice but the only good products we got here were the drinks.

I usually order through the app and every single time they have to ask if I ordered doughnuts and they always forget my bottled beverage unless I ask for it. The food and drinks are good, no complaints there, but it’s pretty annoying having to tell them my order when I ordered ahead. I typically end up waiting for my food as well, it takes the same amount of time as ordering in person.

I keep my order simple at this location because they mess it up everytime. the workers are very friendly, but i’ve been in maryland for over a year and If i get anything besides a sweet tea my order is wrong. then they always ask me what did i order when i get to the window. i try not to complain because everyone needs a job

Other customers are cranky in the morning that stresses out the staff. They consistently have a full assortment of donuts available. Staff is happy to work with the assortment orders. The parking lot is very busy with a single exit to the main road which is busy most mornings. Still worth the stop and better than the Donut Connection.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order an iced turtle signature latte they forget the toppings even though the label clearly says what’s included. I get attitude when I ask if they can fix it. Seems like no one actually cares to make the drinks correctly. Lazy!

The staff is not friendly at all. I smile and say “hi how are you?” There is no emotion on their faces, and they ask what I want , as if I’m annoying them. Definitely off putting… The chorizo wrap I got was cold, and the hash browns were soggy and falling apart. I debate going back here…
