Donuts are good. Sometimes at the bottom of a black coffee there are grounds that have not been mixed well. The drive-thru is hard to get around and I am usually waiting a good 15 seconds for the to acknowledge that I’m at the ordering screen.

Placed mobile order for drive thru at 6:20pm on Tuesday. Pulled up to the window and no one was there. Doors were locked too. Store says it’s open till 8pm, and order was accepted and charged on my credit card, but obviously I never received the order. Been calling last two days now to get it refunded and no one answers the phone.

Im not sure if this dunkin donuts in purcellville is under new management or what but ive been here before when there was females running the drive thru and NEVER had a problem with my donuts!! Until this past week theres been different people running it and everytime this is how i get my donuts, with the icing half falling off. I simply asked for 2 vanilla sprinkled donuts & this is what i received without them letting me know they didn’t have any more vanilla sprinkled. Only good thing about my order is my sweet tea! This is the second time this has happened & i will no longer be going back.
