We visited this Dunkin because it was close to the place we were staying at. Manager was super friendly and very nice guy. He recommended us what was good and made us feel welcome. We told him we were out of town visitors and told us that we were welcome anytime. He deserves a tone of credit. He spoke nicely and took the time to teach his employees how to mop. Told my wife I wouldn’t mind working for someone like him. Very very nice guy.

Hello. I am a regular customer of Dunkin donuts shop, and today topped it off. Placed an order for the Apple Fritters, and the were completely burned on top, and not tan or light brown, they way they are cooked. Also the shop is always out of merchandise when you need it. The cook on duty must prepare the food, for the next business day.

I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts this location has no good customer service at all. The girls don’t smile or make the customers feel welcomed when they walk in I would never recommend this location to anyone. I hope in the future things will change or train them better on customer service it’s sad because I love dunkin but I rather go to Starbucks they make you feel like family coming in the door. Only the 1 star because the drink was good.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. The middle of my crossaint sandwich was COLD, my hot coffee was lukewarm, even after telling them about it they handed it back still lukewarm. They also messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich entirely. Employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.

THIS location has given me the incorrect order multiple times on moble orders( ask for NO Cheese and bagle type was incorrect and even stale). Monday morning around 9AM is when a truck comes to restock. This truck WILL block everyone parked in the front 2 rows, dont park upfront if your in a rush to work.( My opinion is as the start of the work week, and the app gives you bonuses for ordering monday. they should be prepared) If you moble order before it comes, they will be out of stock for MOST basic sandwiches(app will not tell you, had to ask in person). They will substitute and not tell you if a moble order is out of stock. So check your order before you leave( including eggs ) is NOT a reflection on all dunks as i have had good experiences up north.

The guy who made my egg sandwich had gloves on but kept touching his hair & fixing his earpiece (had dreadlocks) with the same gloves. You should not be touching my food after touching your ears/hair with gloves on. That is just Nasty. I had to trash my food and felt horrible as I have placed uber orders in the past so who knows what I have eaten so far!!!!! Please watch when they make your food. Disgusting!

Glad I waited 10 minutes for the worst cup of burnt coffee I have had from any Dunkin, ever. The staff could care less. Save yourself the aggravation.
