I went today to order a few donuts and a drink. The girl was not understanding what I asked for but rang it up correctly. The girl then gave me donuts I didn’t ask for and when I told her I didn’t ask for those one and explained again what I asked for her manager Courtney came over and was the rudest I have ever met. She wouldn’t listen to me, told me she didn’t care, acted as if I were wrong. Then never told me my drink was done u til about 4 mins after.

Drive thru goes fast always but so is customer service. I assume most Dunkins are like that. Going inside is a different story. It takes a while to get service. I assume they focus on the drive thru traffic.

I spilled a hot, medium coffee on myself, and the staff was very, very helpful and very, very nice. The replacement coffee and my more complicated coffee were perfect. Sorry for making a mess in your lobby! Thank you for being so calm while I cursed (soooo glad nobody else was in the lobby!). The spill was completely my fault, NOT the staff. And I’m fine!
