Terrible service . All we wanted was two doughnuts, a milk and a iced coffee . Only charged me for one doughnut even after confirming my order and was told at the window, after not being given my receipt, that because of the TWO cars behind me she couldn’t give me the other doughnut i ordered because of the “line” and i had to pull around to the front and wait in line there or go through the drive through again to fix THEIR mistake. Quite rudely might i add . You are starting people’s mornings, you need to have a better attitude and care with your customers than this.

Had to put a star to comment my review. The worst customer service!! By the red or pink haired girl in front today 6/10/23 really rude 2nd time there and she’s been in a bad mood and it’s ridiculous attitude. 1st time we bought tumblers and I know they can put the drink you buy in it.. she said they don’t do that.. and turned around 2nd time it’s iced tea day with purchase and she said the same thing they dont give out free stuff or participate if walk ins. Very horrible service from their manager! I ordered a drink and waited patiently. Then, I noticed that the 4 customers behind me already received their drinks before me. The manager, Macy, was the one who took my order but she never came back with my drink. I had to call one of the workers to remind them to make my drink. Will never come back here again!

Love Dunkin’ Donuts! But this location we typically avoid. Unfortunately there are times where this one is our only option. Next time we will go out of our way to not have to come here. This is the only location we have been to that will deny us being able to add something separate from our mobile order. There are some items not on the app when placing a mobile order so we ask to pay for it separately at the window over the com. Every location (even out of state!) will gladly ring them up separately & allow us to pay when we pull-up. Every single time this location says they can’t do that- we must come in. Originally thought it was just the person at the window but this is the third time & a completely different person. Why can all other locations happily ring up a separate order that takes less than a minute to do, but not this location? If we were able to come in, we just would have to start with.

If you want to get through the drive thru fast this place is great. However if you want what you ordered then it’s terrible. Last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone I was given the wrong thing or something was left out. So at least they are consistently terrible.

I love their Avocado and bacon sandwich! Some days the service is outstanding! Some days it’s like pulling teeth to get exactly what you ordered… it all depends on the workers at the time.

I am a regular costumer here. I always get quick and friendly service. When it is busy, yes you do have to wait a little longer, but the employees always get the orders out as quickly as they can. Every time I’ve seen someone talk to an employee about a drink or order needing to be fixed they immediately apologize and correct the mistake. Will continue going here rather than the longneck location; only downside is trying to get back on the highway. I appreciate all the friendly staff my coffee is always amazing
