I went to the Bethany beach. Delaware location and tried to order a Cortado. It came up on the screen as $1.59. The lady behind the register asked what it was and I told her its half espresso and half steamed milk. She refused to sell it to me saying it was too cheap and insisted I buy it under a different beverage name. She was very rude and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.

The service staff here is friendly and busy, but for three mornings in a row they’ve screwed up my coffee order. I’ve asked for “a double espresso with a little bit of steamed milk” and despite explaining in detail what I mean, I’ve gotten lukewarm espresso with no milk every time. I asked them to remake it the first two times, but didn’t have the patience for the third time. The rest of the food is what you would expect.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin Donuts in my entire life. First of all, my daughter and my Cobra is where disgusting and almost in addible. The manager was screaming curse words at employees for not putting the lids on the cup’s property. The line was extremely long. But we were waiting on rather soon. But after having our order taken, and probably we had to wait. Probably 15 minutes to get our drinks. They were not correct, but we did not feel like waiting again for them to remake them. They were very expensive. And I will never return to that Dunkin donut when I’m on vacation again. Also none of the employees would even acknowledge that you existed when you were trying to ask them a question.

I almost never leave reviews but this place was a train wreck. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee my wife ordered online. The staff set it on a side counter and forgot about it, and I watched while they made orders for 15-20 other customers. I asked multiple times about it but they had no clue. When they found it at last they tried to pretend it was on the online order shelf the whole time. Very frustrating.

With only two baristas on clock 6 this morning, the service was the fastest I’ve experienced compared to a location with a full staff! Was clean, organized. Freshly served since it was opening for the day. Polite and accommodating, sweet cashier’s wearing gloves and masks of course. Too bad it’s an hour away from home or it’d be my new morning stop!

I think they’re training new help. None of the mobile orders were done correctly from what I witnessed while waiting. I’ll try to avoid this location next time. Too busy.

I went to the Bethany Beach store. I was rushed through my ordering process. I stated I wanted cheddar on my wrap. When I received my order, it was not cheddar on my wrap. In fact, whatever it was was thick and rubbery. My husband questioned it also. I pulled off, whatever I could and threw it away. I normally give some of to my dog. Needless to say, I did not give it to my dog.

Bagels are never toasted properly. Ask to be toasted twice just to have any golden brown to them and still nothing. Order most always wrong of you order more then 1 food item.

Stopped by through their drive-thru to grab an ice coffee. I ordered a medium ice coffee french vanilla cream and sugar. It was made perfectly the way I like. Made my mid afternoon that much better.

Messed up the order, we got donuts instead of a sandwich but DO NOT GO THRU THE DRIVE-THRU IN A BIG VEHICLE! Ended up scratching my mirror due to the tightness of the area.
