I’ve stopped going to dunkin for multiple reasons but occasionally i’ll still go as I really love their refreshers. Not targeting this specific store, but I have never had a bagel that was made right. i often get bagels with cream cheese on the side but today they gave it to me with the cream cheese on it and it was terrible. it’s as if they cut a block of cream cheese in half and just put it in the middle of the bagel. this has happened at every dunkin i’ve gone to so it must be just the practice that dunkin as a company does which makes no sense. i could have looked past this today but my bagel was over cooked. it didn’t LOOK burnt, but it was so hard i actually cut my gums eating it and couldn’t finish it. The staff there are very friendly but seem to not pay attention, i often am missing parts of my order and today they seemed to completely forget about my mobile order 30 seconds after i pulled up to the ordering screen. It didn’t seem very busy as there was only 2 cars in line and one person in line inside. As i said, the staff seems very friendly but maybe the communication between them isn’t the best and the company food practices suck

I said pumpkin iced coffee w/ splash of oat milk & ham & Swiss croissant. Croissant was burnt, coffee was white. I asked her to fix coffee . Too much milk. Again too white. I’m allergic to dairy so I took it back again. She said she thought I wanted cream AND oat milk. Not very smart. Finally she got it right. I kept my mouth shut about the burnt croissant. Guess they can’t work a timer either

Come here fairly often due to it being by my house. Service is decent but the hash browns are rock hard 4/5 times, I’ve coffee is never correct and usually has 4-5 ice shards floating at the top. Gonna start taking the longer trip to Starbucks

Service is great. With a long line outside my wife and I tried inside. The ladies were quick and helpful. I asked for a hot matcha latte. I honestly did not know it was tea. My wife said it’s rich which is good, but suggested I try the iced matcha latte. I asked if I could make mine iced and they said sure no question.

First time I’ve visited this Dunkin’, I really enjoyed it. It was fast for a breakfast time. Kind employees. Fast service. Only issue I had was the hash browns, they weren’t crispy and didn’t taste too well.

Had to drive an hour from home today to take my 5 year old to the dermatologist. She was scared and I rewarded her with her favorite place DUNKIN donuts after the appointment. I asked for ice coffee they gave me hot. No big deal. And I asked for apple juice for her they forgot it. So when they remade my coffee I asked for a 2nd time super politely for the apple juice. I guess the girl didn’t hear me so I went back up to the counter and asked for the apple juice for the third time. And the one girl was very nasty and said “they can just have the apple juice for free when your dealing with people like that” like I am sorry I asked 3 times for apple juice and you couldn’t give it to me again I was super nice as I also work in food service. Also hasbrowns were so burnt and I am not a complainer at all. The rest of the food was good but just so nasty and so rude of the one employee. Very disappointed.

I come here often and the service is inconsistent. Today, I ordered through my app. Mistakingly, I didn’t check my order before I left. The breakfast taco was dry and hard! I took it back only to deal with staff attitudes. Not only that, they didn’t look at my receipt and made the sandwich wrong. They finally got it right on the third try.
