I went there frequently recently. I brought my son with me today. I picked up my coffee and my son needed to use the bathroom. When we were about to leave, my son stand near the donut rack and yelled for donuts. He loves donuts! The guy who works there just gave him one. That was so kind. Appreciated. My son was so happy.

Just simply wow! The service and quality is unmatched by any establishment across the United States. This is the best tasting coffee and bagel I have had in my life. It is such a privilege to be a customer at this fine establishment. It is a crime against humanity that so many people in this world will never get to experience this place. Keep it up! I will keep dreaming of returning to Newark to come back to this work of magic.

I start to believe that its administration hates the customers in general. I don’t know why but they sweep the place with a broom all the time, and it raises dust everywhere, which makes it really hard for me to breath or open my eyes if I am there to study. I think mopping-up would be a lot easier for them and also for customers.

Horrible staff. They are rude and one of them hurried me inside when coming in behind me, literally telling me to hurry. Go to 896 Dunkin Donuts even if it is a little out of the way. I ordered a large coffee and there was an inch of cup left when they could have filled the cup. Dirty too the store is gross.
