Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever experienced. After half an hour of waiting I decided to go to another restaurant. It’s called FAST food for a reason. If the business can’t be run properly it needs to be dissolved. On top of that, the customer service is horrible, and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares. To the owner, you might want to hire new employees (just an idea).

This location (pre-pandemic) was open 24/7. They also offered an assortment of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Now they are only open until 9:30pm and selections of items have considerably diminished. Message to Management there: People Work On First, Second, and Third Shifts in Your Area. This has been going on for quite some time now. A lot of your Previous Customers Depended on You being Open on the Night Shifts (Especially the Graveyard Shift). I’ve heard this location has been under different management. If so, Please keep in mind All the Hard-Working Individuals who may Need a Simple Cup of Coffee and a Sugarcoated Snack on Their Break to Keep Them Going While You Sleep. Your Welcome.

Well the best Dunkin Donuts around is no more. The owner of Glasgow, DE. DD’s retired last month and it is now under new ownership and you can tell by looking at the donuts who bought the place. Same hard, dried up tasteless donuts now that you get with many of the Indian owned DD’s! Sad! They just don’t get it. No one wants hard, old, small, cheap donuts, especially at the price they charge. The old owner did the best FRESH donuts TWICE a day with real sugar, coconut etc . . . When the Indian’s buy them, they go to the cheapest ingredients. Well, they did here now folks so, save your time and your money! This place is worth it no more!

The family that owned the Glasgow dunkin has sold it around March 5th, 2023. The coffee has remained the same but the donuts are already being sold stale. Like all the other dunkins that have been taken over the quality has gone to hell. The famous unique apple fritter is not what it used to be it’s just fat Blob of dough. The donuts bought in the evening are 14 hours old. These people screw up everything.

Best DNKN in Northern Delaware by far. My drink is always on point and you can see the add ons streak to the bottom of the cup preparing to make passionate love to your taste buds. The staff is on point, quick, and friendly as hell.

Got a chorizo bowl and asked for extra cheese and received a bit of attitude. Food was decent and coffee is great as usual. Wouldn’t go back to that specific dunkin unless for just coffee but not too bad of an experience.
