I know it’s summertime but when you put a donut in somebody’s bag that they didn’t even order and all the icing just melts off in the bottom of the bag there’s just something to say about that. I grew up working in Dunkin’ donuts and my mother still does and I can tell you that owner would never allow that to happen.

First thing coffee does not phone there’s not supposed to be a foam brim in my coffee so that’s a little odd carbon dioxide will make bubbles but not foam And the donuts were inside a air-conditioned car so I don’t know why everything’s all melted I also did not order strawberry frosted donuts so the coffee is no good and I got donuts I did not want and it looks like it was sitting in the sun for an hour or two but the donuts are cold to the touch so I don’t understand why all three different types of donuts are melted but on top of that for some odd reason all the donuts were soggy and mushy and extremely unappealing so I bought six donuts and a coffee drank a little bit of the coffee to two bites of a doughnut and threw everything away it was a complete waste of money and I will never go back to the Dunkin’ ever again the way that the shotty customer service has been a Dunkin’ Donuts at all of them I think I’m going to look for a different donut store all together

This Dunkin has slowly been going down hill. There is no customer service, the employees are not professional and some of the products such as munchkins are made the day prior to sale. Not very fresh.

Taking 20 minutes to make 2 cups of cold coffee. Workers are to busy socializing and are disorganized. This occurs constantly and has not changed. When getting your order it is constantly wrong. Should be focused on quality and timeliness.

We hardly go anymore because every time we try to we’re reminded why this location notoriously has terrible service. If I’m not dealing with an employees attitude then they’re constantly getting orders wrong. But usually it’s both.

First off I been getting A large hazelnut swirl ice latte for 6 years twice a day. At this location I pay $5.61 the most pay anywhere. I dread coming to this location the workers have the most horrible attitude and for some reason can never get my large ice latte drink right. When I let them know it wanst made right they always have attitude. Last week I tried to use my free drink the guy at the window scanned my phone then told me I didn’t have a free drink. I refreshed the app and told him yea I do it’s still showing. He told me no I didn’t otherwise it would have taken it as a free drink. To not complicate things further I paid for it with cash. He basically didn’t want me to use my free drink in the app. I came back two days later to the manager giving me attitude telling me the same thing even tho I showed her receipts of me using tht free drink elsewhere letting them know there was a free drink. Well today I come back bc the DD I go to didn’t have the beans for my latte. The lady in the store tht wears heavy eye makeup looked at me with a nasty look like what do you want. She didn’t even greet me when I walked in. When I explain to her I was just in the Drive thru my drink wanst made right. She asked me what did I want her to do. Smh I should have left and asked for a refund but I told her what I wanted and the picture below is how she gave it to me. They need to train their employees to first and foremost greet and leave the attitude at home. Everyone I encountered at this location has attitudes. If they would stop rushing when taken orders you won’t have customers coming back.

Idk what’s going on with DD but this was the worst doughnuts ever. My son got a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card for his 5th birthday. When my husband went to the store there wasn’t hardly doughnuts to begin with. He ordered and when got home with the doughnuts all the doughnuts were hard. My son was really sad because he wanted doughnuts from Dunkin’ Donuts so we decided to go get him doughnuts from the supermarket. This is unacceptable.
