I went here once, about a year ago, and it sealed the deal for me. Not only were they out of several varieties of donuts (it was early in the morning…), as we were standing in line for our order, a man came into the store and proceeded to yell profusely at one of the employees behind the counter- and it was a personal issue. He flipped over a table and ran out. It was a very unprofessional situation and I will not be returning.

I would give this place a zero if that were an option! The staff completely ignored us while we stood at the register for almost 10 min. We could literally hear one of the employees cursing about a customer. Sooo disrespectful! I will NOT be coming back here. Hey Dunkin, try hiring people at this place with some respect and manners for the customer.

AVOID THIS DUNKIN. It is convenient however, They have an attitude. I ordered through the drive thru and was told I can’t hear you! With must an attitude. They need better training. These ladies are rude, sorry. Drive to another location, it’ll be worth it. Maybe they we’re having a bad day (it wasn’t busy, had people standing around) but I won’t be back. I wish I would have read previous review before going here. They told me it was 7 dollar with some change but I just saw my statement and I was 10.94. I order a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese they gave me a burn bagel and I order hash browns and got 3 little burn ones. Definitely no worth what I paid!!! What a get way to start my morning!!!!

We pulled up to the drive through around 8:45 on a Wednesday morning. The first thing we ordered was a Strawberry Sprinkle donut. “We’re out of donuts”. I didn’t say it, but how is Dunkin’ Donuts out of donuts early in the morning? “We have munchkins.” Ok, we’ll get 5. “We only sell in 10”. Fine. We’d like to get wake up wraps… “I’m still getting your munchkins” she was getting an attitude and another girl stepped in. She put in the wake up wrap order and I asked for the $3 breakfast sandwich. “You have to get coffee to get that.” So my husband adds his mocha latte order, and she says “that doesn’t count.” At this point, we are extremely frustrated. The second girl was having an attitude and we just said cancel the order and left.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is terrible! You sit at the ordering mic forever before anyone even acknowledges you. Today the one girl had her mic on and was talking over me while I was trying to order and I asked if they could tell her to turn off her mic and she got mad at me and said “excuse you!” How rude! She was so loud on that mic, I couldn’t even hear myself order! I would have left then but I was stuck in line so when I got to the pay window I said “that lady was rude to me” and the woman said “well, you were rude to her!” I just drove off, without my drink or paying and went to the Dunkin on 5th Street highway. I will be going to the one on 5th St. Highway from now on. All the people are nice and Peko is awesome!

I walked in and wasn’t greeted till after 3 mins. the cashier was in the bathroom but as soon as she saw me she looked at the back i guess looking for her co-worker. she didnt seem happy to be there. as i waited for my food and then ate my food two more people walked in at different times. they waited after 2/3 mins to place their order. i know this is a new place but it should be run by people who have experienced. i did like the usb outlets.

Ordered a medium frozen coffee earlier today and barely had 1/4 of the drink and could taste something was off. Not to long after I started to feel nauseous and had to pull over to puke Perhaps bad cream? This was the only thing I consumed and have felt awful since. Wish I had seen the reviews prior so I could’ve avoided this place. Would like a manager to contact me back. At least for a refund.. This is not ok
