I go to this Dunkin almost every single day and I don’t ever have a problem. Today, there was slight issue with one of the drinks. No ice, I didn’t ask for that on the App. So, I asked if it could get fixed and gentlemen at the window seemed very put off and annoyed. Other coworkers as well, I even apologized for the trouble. I was completely ignored, they were very rude.

Terrible experience walking in. The associate up front was not only on his phone and barely doing his job while ringing me out he’s chewing on his fingers when I walk in. ( I go to the bathroom come out) my large coffee. Still not made same kid out in the dining room.doing God knows what. Had to request a different lid due to his unhygienic ways. Management should do more. No one working with drinks and food should be on their phone or chewing on their nails. The worst dunkin experience just disgusting.

Terrible lazy young workers. Ask for assorted donuts. They put the worst plain donuts in there, all the same ones and they forget an extra donut that I ordered. They also forgot a straw for my drink after I told them twice I need a straw. Needs new workers. Unacceptable.

Croissant rock hard not even edible made my coffee wrong got an attitude from the employees who had to call their manager and telling me it’s not their fault wasting 15 mins while they are on phone with manager when they could have just remade the drinks worst Dunkin and won’t be back

Some of the workers look like they hate their life but they are polite and don’t get the order wrong so I recommend. We all can’t be chipper 24.7 and I’m sure they deal with a lot from customers daily. 10/10 recommend.

I hate this place. I’ve gotten donuts that weren’t filled correctly before this. Today the drive up window guy read my order back to me as a hot coffee so I told him nicely that it was a French vanilla coffee. I guess he didn’t like that because our Boston cream donuts were put in the bag upside down so the frosting stuck to the bag. Also, they had 23 chocolate munchkins (wanted 25) which were supposed to be glazed that weren’t (no glaze) and he threw in 2 plain without asking us what we wanted first.

The lattes I received were not anywhere close to being drinkable. My bf and I only ordered 2 hot vanilla lattes. First of all, the 1 latte cup was only half full. I understand they add foam on top but I’ve never received a cup half full when I’ve purchased the same latte @ other Dunkin locations. The half full latte also had little to no vanilla flavoring in it. The 2nd latte was full in size but this had excessive vanilla flavor added. It was like the flavor for both was added to that one. We were already out the door & back on the road before we really noticed (our faults I admit) so we weren’t gonna turn back since we were in the middle of returning home from a trip. I love Dunkin and I HATE leaving a poor review but this was just not up to par.
