I find Dunkin Donuts in general to be inconsistent. Sometimes when I go it’s on point, sometimes not so much. This location for the most point is consistent. They messed up on my drink order probably once or twice out of the many times I’ve been there. The sandwiches I ordered were ok. The staff working the drive thru in the morning are nice.

Horrible. Completely messed up me & my husbands order. When I nicely explained they added more items than we ordered, I had 3 employees yelling down my neck telling me I ordered wrong. I never write reviews but I will never, ever come back here after being treated so disrespectfully.

Asked for a bacon and cheese on a plain bagel got whatever this thing is instead. When I went to complain nothing was done about it because the woman at the take out window never gave me a receipt.

It was my first time going here in years. It could have been way better. In all fairness, it was busy when we went but I wasn’t able to order with a person at the counter, since they were all busy. There are screens to order at. I was fairly disappointed because the donuts shown on the screens did not include a good handful of what was on the wall.

The service at this particular Dunkin is the best. The drive thru is quick and painless. I usually just get a black coffee but it’s always good. The food I’ve gotten has been accurate and tasty. Can’t complain about this Dunkin!

My spouse had a bad experience, they were incapable of getting the order correct after many attempts, ended up paying for way more than was asked for. Management seems to not be up to the task of training their employees. Should have walked out when it was clearly not working rather than completing the clearly wrong order.
