This store is just okay. The service is always fast, but not very friendly. Ordering food/drink is hit and miss. I had to stop ordering any drinks with cold foam because they always put cinnamon on top of the cold foam for some reason – even though it is not supposed to have cinnamon. Overall, it’s just an okay location.

Walked in…..guy behind counter wouldn’t take my order! Said I needed to use tablet to order which is on the counter! So I ordered…..said guy left to eat lunch, waited some more before I had to get the attention of I guess a manager to attend to my order at which time he tells me some of the items I wanted were not available! I said they what’s the point of ordering from the kiosk, especially when you are standing right friggin in front of the GD donuts!!!!!! Horrible customer relations, and a waste of time! I only went in for my GF’s kids! Not a fan myself so then why write this review…hope someone pays attention and makes some improvements for the next person that gets ignored!!!

Worst Dunkin Ive ever visited. Zero personality, I ordered a everyrhing bagel the cream cheese was little to none and taste sour, the older gentleman at the window literally tossed my bag at me ..no thank you, have a good day..kiss my a$$ nothing. Ive gone inside before also on 2 occasions and same rude , zero personality. Watery cold brew taste like bad ice coffee also. If your looking for a Dunkin pass this one and go to the next one down some more they give great service

I think I’m done with this store. I’ve been coming here for years and am continuously referred to as “sir” through the drive through. I’ve corrected them so many times, and even after being corrected they refuse to use the right language. Today, after being called sir, I said, “its ma’am.” And the next thing out of the woman’s mouth was, “anything else, sir?” Ugh. Do better!

I like getting bagels from Dunkin donuts, but this location consistently has ridiculously stale bagels. I just ordered one and I can’t eat the top. It might as well be a toasted bagel rock. Sorry for the negative review. The service here is usually very nice, but this bagel is inedible and has happened one too many times.

Went through the drive through on a busy Saturday morning. When I pulled up to the building there were cars from the drive through line wrapped the whole way around the building, so I didn’t have high expectations due to previous experiences at other Dunkin locations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and my correctly made drinks!

Eh. I don’t recommend ordering food here – messed up my order the last 2 times I did drive thru. Just get drinks if you do go here. Customer service was meh. And going inside once was chaos. The other Dunkin’ on Nutt Rd is definitely friendlier and all around better experience.
